Chapter 5

Pravinya POV

As soon as I was done with my dinner I went to sleep cause today the office was hectic and I received no calls or texts from him which made me a little sad but I am going to call him now with that thought I went to my room and dialled his number " hello" came his hoarse voice which made me feel confused , " hi how are you? Why is your voice so hoarse?" I asked him , but he sniffed on the other line and uttered " high fever and cold" the way he said so softy and cutely made me feel gitters and a motherly instinct came into me " omg how are you now? Did you eat? Took medicine?"
I asked, biting my nails which is a habit I did when I am overthinking, anxious or scared , " Arey!!! It's okay don't tense up , but I am still feeling down" he said and with his reassurance I felt a bit at peace , " you didn't answer my question yet?" I asked him again , he sighed " mom and dad are out of town and I can't walk as I feel dizzy so it's not like I have wife with me here , so no I didn't eat nor took tablets" I bacame so shocked .

What?! " Aashish how can you say that ? If you would have called me I would have come there na to look after you" i mumbled feeling sad , " you could always come to me you don't need any permission" he uttered , I do know his house location cause he once said to me , I decided to surprise him " okay then bye ! I have a very urgent meeting tomorrow take care" with that I cut the call feeling really bad of myself.

I booked an auto and went to his house while I bought idli with me and few fruits to feed him , " anna! Here here thank you so much" I offered him his money and rang the bell , his house is decent and aesthetic, I like it.

After few minutes I heard slow foot steps and I waited for him to open the door , when he did he was so surprised that he couldn't even utter anything ,
He looked so dull , dark circles, red nose , wrinkled t shirt and shorts I found him so cute at that moment, " pravinya!" He uttered and I entered inside , " come on show me you are bedroom " I said and went into kitchen to take a plate and bowl and filled a water bottle as it's a open kitchen it's very easy to spot it.

" well are we gonna do something there?" He winked at me making me smile mockingly , " yes I am gonna feed you" I said and when I looked at him , his eyes turned almost dark shade and he licked him lips " what will you feed me" he asked in a husky voice which I never heard before , " I will tell you later but let's go to your room" I said hurriedly went behind him.
