Kevin POV

Melody didn't come homes at night. I'm guessing her and Josh hooked up. None of my business really, I just hope they're working things out. They made each other so happy, they were both lost these past three months and I hated seeing both of them like that.

If I wasn't with Candice I might have told Melody about the feelings I have for her. Her and I have been friends since we were freshman, and I've always loved her. I know she'll never look at me like that, so I won't even try. Besides I'm really falling hard for Candice.

I'm risking everything for her, I could go to jail. It might be a huge mistake in the end, but I can honestly say that I don't give a damn. I wouldn't do anything she doesn't, and believe she wanted it. Candy is known as a "thirsty hoe" around town. She wasn't, and still isn't. For the love of all things holy, she didn't even know how to give a blowjob tell she got with me.

She wanted to come over, but I don't think that's the best of Melody comes home. Candice is still pissed that I opened my home up to Mel, but if she's back with Josh I don't think my jealous girlfriend will have to worry much longer.

Me:
Hey Mel, when do you think you'll be home? Candice wants to come over and I don't exactly think that's the best idea.

Mel:
I can spend the day with Josh if I need to??

Me:
I think that's the best option. Plus you two need it.

Mel:
So do you and Candy. Lol.

Me:
Hey now! That's my nickname for her.

Mel:
I know, I wasn't just poking fun. ;) See you later tonight. Don't do anything too extreme.

Me:
Okay mom. :,)

I should probably call Candice and tell her she's good to come over. I'll wait till the Bulls are done playing, I'm not ready to watching Orange is the New Black just yet.

After the basket ball game got over I texted Candice and told her to come over. She showed up 5 minutes later. Surprise surprise.

"What are we going to do tonight daddy?" She by her lower lip, and sat on my lap.

"Nothing that going to get me in trouble that's for damn sure," I push her off my lap, and interlocked our fingers to make the gesture seem less rude.

"Excuse me? Trouble? Is that bitch threatening to turn you in?!"

"By bitch to you mean Mel? My bestfriend? Watch what you say Candice."

"Oh my god Kevin! You're siding with her now? Am I nothing to you?! What the hell!!" Her face turned beat red, she was obviously pissed.

"There are no sides Candy. And you're everything to me, I just can't afford jail time. Okay? Please tell me you understand?" I lowered my tone in hopes of calling her down. It didn't work.

"I dot understand a lot of things. Like why you would let that hooker move in with you, or why she would blackmail you," she threw a throw pillow across the room.

"Calm you shit! She isn't a hooker or bitch and she isn't threatening me! It's my decision. I hope you can understand where I'm coming from as an adult dating a minor."

"And this is my decision," she got up and walked out. She was gone.
