"Well did you at least get her number?" Calum asked, amazed by my story. I slapped my forehead.
"Idiot... I didn't think to ask, I was just kinda hoping I would run into her again and get it." I said to my fellow band member.
"Dude, this is so cool, do you think she has hot friends?" Luke asked.
"Bro, we don't talk about girls that way." Ash scolded Luke and slapped his arm.
"Guys you don't understand, she was like this awesome chick who is like... Um, well she's like muse of every song, she had those magical aura about herself. And her eyes were so... Wow." I said, trying to make them understand how special this girl is.
"So I guess we're gonna have a new song?" Calum asked.
"I don't know, I need to see her again." I said, though they already knew that.
"Where do you think she lives?" Ash asked, concern on his face.
"Well she said that she just moved here, which doesn't help, there are a thousand apartment buildings here, finding her will be diffi--" I was interrupted by a commotion in the hallway, then I heard the guy across the hall open his door, "As I was saying, it will be difficult to find her." I said sadly.
"Well if it's going to lighten your mood we saw, this chick singing along to Blink, it was hilarious, and kinda cute." Luke said, a smile on his face.
"Yeah, she sounded really good, like professional worthy. But she stopped when these two tools started laughing." Ash stated, glaring at Luke and Cal, well until he started to giggle at a high pitch.
"I don't even know how you do that." I said getting up, "Call for some pizza, I'm dying my hair." I said grabbing the red dye, smiling at the thought of Anna's comment.
"Okay bro, wait what's your number again? 16? No wait don't worry, your number 15." Cal asked, laughing.
I turned to my bathroom and pulled my shirt off and grabbed my dye towel and shirt. I then looked into the mirror at my faded blue hair... Time for a change... I smiled and opened the packet.
ANNA'S P.O.V
I opened my front door to carry empty boxes down to the rubbish bins, I look around the hallway to make sure I wouldn't hit anyone, my eyes falling on a pizza guy walking to my neighbour's door, so the pizza people do come into flats, I will remember that.
Yet something about the pizza guy seemed familiar, the way he walked. I must have been staring because the delivery guy stopped in front of my neighbour's house and turned around. My breath hitched in my chest, I know those eyes.
"Nash?" I whispered.
"Dee?" He smiled at me happily as I walked towards him, "It is you, how have you been? You look so different." He stared at me. I attempted to hug him but the pizza got in the way.
"I've been great, how are you? I haven't seen you since new years, you kinda disappeared. A lot has changed in two years." I said eyeing him curiously.
"Oh, well I was uh," He paused, scratching the back of his neck, "I've been good real busy with my band and all, you remember my band right?" He said changing topics.
"Yeah, the One Way Road, how is it?" I said. Going along with his new topic.
"Brilliant, actually we have a gig tomorrow night you should come, bring friends, the more the better." Nash smiled and then knocked on the door.
"Yeah, that be pretty rad," I said, a fake smile on my face, "So, why haven't you spoken to me, since then. I tried to call you to catch up, but you never called me back." I whispered to him sadly.
