The end of the week had arrived, bringing with it a mix of excitement and nervous anticipation. Noel stood in the spacious conference room at ROG's headquarters, a stack of neatly organized contracts resting on the table in front of him. The time for the contract signing was drawing near, and the air buzzed with energy.

As his teammates filed into the room, they wore expressions of eagerness and anticipation. Grace was the first to break the silence, her voice bright. "So, this is it, huh? The moment we officially become ROG!"

Noel nodded, feeling the weight of the moment. "Yep, this is the moment we've been waiting for. Once we sign these contracts, we'll be set to move forward as a team—players, coaches, and our analyst, Nami."

Zaw leaned against the wall, arms crossed and a confident grin on his face. "I can't believe how quickly everything fell into place. I'm ready to put in the work and prove that ROG is going to dominate this season."

"I'm excited to get started too," Jun Ming chimed in, his determination shining through. "It feels like we're about to embark on a real adventure."

Just then, the door swung open, and Nami stepped in, followed closely by Yamato and Maestro. "Hey, everyone! Are we ready to make it official?" Nami asked, her eyes sparkling.

"Almost! Just waiting for Yong and the sponsors to arrive," Noel replied, glancing at the clock. He could feel the anticipation in the room building. "Once they're here, we can get everything signed."

As they waited, Yamato looked around at the team, his expression serious yet encouraging. "Remember, the journey ahead won't be easy. We have a lot of work to do. But if we focus on our goals and communicate effectively, we can achieve great things."

Maestro nodded in agreement. "Exactly. Each of you has unique strengths, and we'll need to find ways to leverage them. Don't underestimate the power of synergy; it can make or break a team."

Zaw chimed in, "I'm all for collaboration. If we can figure out how to play off each other's strengths, we'll be unstoppable. Just look at how well we coordinated in scrims 3 years ago. Imagine what we can do in an actual tournament now!"

Grace smiled, "With the strategies we'll develop, I think we'll give our competition a run for their money. We have some serious talent on this team."

"Speaking of talent," Maestro interjected, "we should focus on establishing clear roles early on. Each match will require us to adapt our strategies based on how our opponents play. We need to analyze and refine our approach after each game. 3 years ago, each of you were just playing and taking turns to lead when one falls."

Yamato added, "And I'll be here to support you in every step. I want each of you to feel empowered to share your ideas. Strategy is a team effort, and your voices matter."

Just then, the door swung open, and Yong entered the room, his confident stride commanding attention. "Apologies for the wait, everyone. I had a meeting to finalize some important details."

"Yong, great to see you!" Noel said, stepping forward. "Are we ready for the sponsors to join us?"

"Absolutely. They'll be here shortly," Yong replied, a hint of excitement in his voice. "But first, I wanted to introduce someone to you all."

Just then, a familiar figure walked into the room—Laurent, the CEO of GoBike. Noel's eyes widened in surprise. "Laurent! It's been ages!"

Laurent grinned, his presence instantly warming the room. "Noel! Good to see you, buddy. I hear you're doing great things with ROG now."

Noel laughed, feeling a rush of nostalgia. "You too! I've followed your journey with GoBike. It's incredible what you've built. I never thought an injury would inspire you to build this company."
