Around the afternoon, after two periods at school.

Willow Meadows, a 14-year-old student in grade 8, is a nerd for nature, geography, and the environment—especially in science subjects, of course. She has a friend named Bloomie, who shares her interest in science despite their age gap; Bloomie is 16 while Willow is just 14.

Because of this, a friend from Bloomie's friend group has taken an interest in the little bookish girl.

One day, as Willow walked through the halls with science books in her hands, the tall (7 ft) popular goth girl, who likes math, suddenly pinned Willow against the lockers the moment she saw her.

With a playful grin, her nickname was Circle, and Willow recognized her as one of Bloomie's closest friends, currently in grade 12 and 18 years old.

It wasn't the first time they had met; Willow was 13 in high school when she first encountered Circle, who was 15. However, they had never talked or truly known each other until now. As they grew up, Circle started noticing her, while Willow had always wondered why she was being 'bullied' by this girl due to her aggressive pinning every time they crossed paths.

Willow thought she was being bullied, so she was cautious and stayed firm, unaware that Circle was actually flirting with her.

Circle: "Hey, you little bookworm~ Why don't you have many friends?~"

One of Willow's eyes twitched, taking offense at the question, but she brushed it off as usual.

Willow tried to get past Circle.

Willow: "It's none of your business, so please don't bother me."

She replied calmly, trying to slip by but ended up being grabbed again and slammed against the lockers, earning a wince from the short girl. Now their faces were inching closer, and Willow was breaking a little sweat from the dangerously close proximity between them.
