Jack J's P.O.V.

Guess who's leaving Mount Malevolent tomorrow?! This guy! The good news is that I didn't die like some of the inmates here. I get leave this God-forsaken place, and I think I learned my lesson. I got my clothes back and my phone.

"Thank God, now I actually have my freedom back," I said kissing my phone.

The sad thing is I have to leave Ethan. He said well signed that when he gets out, he would call me. So we exchange phone numbers before I left.

'Just remember, embrace your invisible rainbow,' I signed.

'I will never forget you, Jack,' he signed.

'I will never forget you, Ethan,' I signed hugging him.

Before the guards pulled me out, I kiss Ethan on his cheek and left the asylum forever.

I figured out what day it was and it was only like three months. Usually people would be staying in there for the rest of their lives, but I guess I'm lucky. My older brother Jeff came to pick me up and drove me home. I can't wait to see Jack wait when I get home, we haven't talk the whole summer and that's longest we have ever been appear. When we got home, my mom and dad were waiting outside. I got out of the car, mom was the first one to hug me. I can hear her cry, hysterically. I rub her back and telling her it's okay.

"Hello, dad," I said smiling faintly.

"Son," he said going back inside.

I took a deep breath and went inside. For the first time, I don't have to come in a room and cover my nose because it smells like medicine and vinegar. The house smelt like flowers and apple, just the way I left it. I went up to my room and laid down on my bed. I'm so happy to be home. Just then my mom picked her head in.

"Jack, do you want to go shopping with me?" Mom asked sweetly.

"Sure," I said excited.

"Okay, sweetie, I'll meet you downstairs," she said closing the door.

I quickly get up and walked downstairs, meeting mom. I'm kind of a mama's boy, so if mom needs something I would always be the first person to volunteer as tribute.

(A/N: You see what I did there... No... I'll leave earth now)

Anyway, when we got to the mall, I was about to get out of the car, but mom stopped me and smiled.

"What?" I asked confused.

"I just missed you so much, and I'm really sorry," she said tearing up.

"It's not your fault," I said wiping her tears,"Its in the past anyway, come on let's go in."

She nodded and took a deep breath. She and I got out of the car and went inside. We walk around and I saw all the girly clothing. Deep down, I really want to try those pink sweaters, those skinny jeans, and those flower crowns, but I was just thinking how mom would react.

"Jack," mom said snapping her fingers.

"What?" I asking snapping out of my thoughts,"Oh, sorry, I was just thinking."

She looked where I was looking and smiled at me.

"You want to try that stuff on?" She asked.

I blushed and nodded, looking down at my shoes.

"Jack, it's okay," she said picking my chin up,"Come on."

She took my hand and walked me into Aero, I looked down at my shoes again and embarrassed to try anything on.

"Jack, I know you want to, don't worry what these people say, and they say anything they'll have to answer to me."

I smiled at her and remember my motto.

"Embrace your invisible rainbow," I thought to myself.

I smiled and walked towards the girl clothes. I grabbed some light pink, blue, purple, and mint sweaters. I grabbed some black skinny jeans and a bright blue flower crown. I tired the stuff on with my back turn from their mirror. I was very scared to look at the new me. I took a deep breath and turned around.

"I look and felt fabulous," I thought to myself,"That's right I said fabulous, you got a problem."

"Jack, sweetie, are you ready?" I hear mom call out.

"Y-Yeah," I stuttered.

"Come on out, I want to see you," she said sounding excited.

I pulled back the curtain looking down. I didn't want to see disappointed written all over here face.

"Oh my God," I heard her say.

"I know I'll go back," I said as I walked back into the changing room, ashamed.

She grabbed my hand and pulled me back.

"Jack, you look amazing!" She exclaimed.

"Really?" I asked looking up.

"Yes, you look so beautiful," she said with tears in her eyes.

I blushed and hugged her, feeling tears come out of my eyes.

"T-Thanks mom," I stuttered.

"Come on let's go pay for this," she said letting go.

I eagerly change out of my clothes and put my other clothes back on. We go up to the counter and paid for this clothes. While we were driving home, I took out my flower crown and put it on my head. In the corner of my eye, I see mom smiling at me.

"Why are you smiling?" I asked confused.

"Because you're home and your happy," she said in tears.

"Mom, it's okay," I said taking her hand.

"I haven't seen that smile since when you met Jack," she said as I whipped tears away.

"How is Jack anyway?" I asked looking forward.

"Last thing I hear was he got a girlfriend," she said sniffling.

My heart broke a little. How could he do this to me? I thought he loved me.

"Do you know who the girl is?" I asked clenching my fists.

"Um I think her name was Madison Beer," she said seeing the expression in my face,"Hey, are you okay?"

"What?" I asked smiling,"I'm great, I'm just thinking."

"Okay, but hide that flower crown from your father," she reminded me.

"Oh right, I forgot," I said taking it off.

I thought he loved me...
