chapter 4~

Magneto and his team stood outside the train station surrounded by cops and unknown to him-Charles.

the cops tell them to surrender so Magneto lifts their cars up and flips them crashing them down onto other cars.

Magneto gets their guns and points it at the officers and taking them off safety.

"you homo sapiens and your guns." he says

Sabertooth began to chock Magneto only it wasn't Sabertooth it was Charles controlling him.

"that's enough Erik." Sabertooth says

Toad turns to Erik under the control of Charles and says "let them go."

"why not come out where i can see you, Charles?" Magneto says

Charles was hidden in a car with Jean.

"what do you want her for?" Charles asks but as Sabertooth.

"can't you read my mind?" Erik says

"what now? save the girl? you'll have to kill me Charles, and what will that accomplish? let then pass that law and they'll have you in chains with a number burned into your forehead." Magneto says

"it won't be that way." he says as sabertooth

"then kill me and find out." he says

but charles didn't do anything

"huh? then release me." Magneto says

Toad suddenly starts walking away with Rouge in a bag in his arms

"fine." Magneto says and arms the guns pointed at the police

a shot went off suddenly, the bullet was floating above his forehead narrowly in there.

"care to press your luck, Charles?" Erik questioned

Charles looked at Jean in the car.

"i don't think i can stop them all."

a police officer cry's out as the bullet starts to enter his skin and Charles lets go of Toad and Sabertooth.

"still unwilling to make sacrifices. that's what makes you weak." Magneto says as a plane approaches above him.

Mystique was flying the plane and she landed it.

"goodbye Charles." Magneto said and opened the door.

as soon as they flew away the guns that were pointed at the cops were dropped.

back at the mansion Logan was splashing water on his face.

"you said he wanted me." Logan said angrily

"i made a terrible mistake. his helmet was somehow designed to block my telepathy. i couldn't see what he was after until it was too late." Charles stated with Storm and Lexi standing beside him.

"where are you going?" Storm asked

"i'm gonna find her." Logan answered

"alone?" Lexi asked

Logan didn't say anything he just looked at her before walking off and Lexi and Storm went after him.

"Logan, you can't do this alone." Lexi said as she and storm when down the stairs.

"who's gonna help me? you guys? so far you've all done a bang- up job." Logan said

"then help us. fight with us." Storm said both of them now completely down the stairs
