PRESENT -
Meher stand up from her position with little shaking legs ...she stood there but didn't go to him and didn't dare to go to her room too ... adhrit sighs he knows he made his little girl scared so much but he never had a bad intentions for her ..all the punishment he gave to her was for her health only except kneeling....
he asked her join him in morning excercise because prakhar told him about meher's medical condition which her doctor who lives in Varanasi told him she has a very weak stamina and exercise is must for her even prakhar was about to start her workout sessions but he just took it as a punishment ...the second is taking her mobile for two days because from the day she came to rathod mansion the only thing in her free time she do is using her mobile and she is still a kid ..this much screen time is not good for her so for a break he took her mobile as a second punishment....the third one is two time milk in a day that again because of her medical condition her stomach is weak so her doctor suggested a health diet for her which they know she normally will not accept so he took this way because atleast she will eat now in the name of punishment ofcourse his way was not so pleasant for meher but his intentions were pure these punishment were only for her benefits and will also make her realise her mistake
And about kneeling....this is not a very big punishment in their world infact this is considered to be most easiest one but what about meher's world ...he forgot she is not from their world she is not habituated....maybe sometimes she can be rude , can behave like a brat but she is still a kid who never had someone to teach her these things...her Massi was a very great gurdian no doubt but she never said anything to her because of the guilt she was having in her heart that's why she wanted to give meher the world and suddenly from a carefree environment to a disciplined one ...of course she needs time to adjust...both sides need time they are new to each other because they are also learning new things like how to talk softly, calmly 🥲...they all were born in this environment that's why this all is normal for them
Nevermind let's go back to the story 🫠
She was not so far from him so he just took her hand in his big one and slowly take her to him and made her sit on lap and asked gently while wiping her tears
Adhrit - *looking at her slightly red knee* jyada dard ho raha hai bache
Meher - *nodded her head in no*
Adhrit - *kissed her forehead* shh bache don't cry ...*he hugged her close to his heart *
Meher just fisted her hands on his shirt still sobbing hard he rubbed his back while saying some sweet words in between... First time in his life he is doing this
Adhrit - *in mind* oh my god adhrit what have you done.... can't you think normally for once she is not one your not so cute brother who is habitual of a strict nature ...she didn't even knew how to kneel yet you made her do that ....damn princess please just stop crying I swear never in my life I will do that again
After some time she stopped crying but he is still hugging her and she still has her hands fisted on his shirt....he slowly broke the hug and made her drink some water
Adhrit - *cupping her face* meher beta feeling okay now
Meher - *nodded slowly while looking down making adhrit sighs*
Adhrit - *placing his hand on head* you know meher let me share something with you ....me and prakhar bhaiya have only one year gap so we both were considered as a responsible elder brother of the younger ones ...our parents got busy with business because me and bhaiya were there for the little ones ...our house is not so much strict but the basic discipline which should be in a human being were followed strictly....this was normal for all of them because our parents taught us that we should know the consequences of our actions so punishment is must so next time before doing the same thing we remember this and they were correct there should be a limit ......and on the other hand you lived a life like a carefree bird who never got restricted from doing anything but bache this is not a correct way I am not saying your Massi didn't not raise you well infact she kept your childhood safe she was great but sometimes we need to be strict so our kid doesn't fall in their life ......you are so pericious to us bache but it doesn't mean that we will let you walk on the wrong path if we have the right to love you then don't we have right to scold you for your mistake and this was not only because the glass of milk but this punishment was because you didn't realise what you have done ...you think this is common but this is not meher I know this is all new for you but bache we are not your enemy we always want your best kiddo ....but still maybe I went too far so *cutely holding his ears* I am sorry meri jaan please apne handsome, gorgeous and genius bhaiya ko maaf kar do 😉😉
Seeing this a gunine smile broke on her face and she again hugged him tightly which he reciprocate immediately
Meher -*still hugging him* no bhaiya you were right i am sorry I understand it was just i remembered my time with Massi in Varanasi... like you said it was true I never cared for consequences of my actions she was best she loved me with all of her heart but she never stopped me doing these things also and you gave me the punishment for that so I just felt so bad but you are right i should not waste food like this i promise i will never do this again I am really very sorry
Adhrit - *kissed the top of her head* it's okay bache no more sorry now but the rest punishments are still there whether you like or not 😁
Meher - *awkwardly laugh* yeah but it would have been better if you cut the morning exercise part it feels like hell waking up at 5 am
Adhrit - *laughed listening her words* well I never reduce punishment but you are a special case so it's okay you can come at 6 am okay
Meher - *shocked* no i meant that please cancel the morning one
Adhrit - not gonna happen kiddo and moreover it's good for your health and you have your school entrance test too so do you wanna give now or later
Meher - *hesitately* abhi Mann nahi hai mera ab baad mein dedu kya
Adhrit - *ruffels her hairs little* it's okay kiddo no need to worry whenever you want school apna hi hai 😎....you go take rest shaam ko reception party bhi hai
Meher nodded at him and turned to leave but she again faced him and kissed his cheek
Meher - *whisper* thank you
She left for her room after that leaving a dumbstruck adhrit behind who later smiled softly in her innocence.....
