Chapter 10: Dinner
The sun peeked through the windows, casting a warm glow over the household. Jeno woke up feeling refreshed, his heart lighter after last night's conversation with Renjun.
As he stepped into the kitchen, he found Doyoung, chenle and Donghyuck already up, sipping coffee.
(Jeno) Morning, hyung, hyuck! What's cooking?
(Doyoung) Just making some breakfast. Want some?
(Jeno) Yeah, please.
Chenle handed Jeno a cup of coffee.
Just then, Renjun walked in, looking more relaxed than the night before.
(Renjun) Morning, everyone.
(Doyoung) Morning, Ren! Sleep well?
(Renjun) Yeah, thanks to Jeno.
Jeno smiled, feeling grateful for their newfound understanding.
(Jeno) Any plans for today?
(Donghyuck) I was thinking we could have a family dinner tonight.
(Chenle) Sounds perfect!
As they chatted, Jaeyong, kira and jiwoo stumbled into the kitchen.
(Jaeyong) What's all the noise hyung's?
(Jeno) Just planning dinner. Morning my princess's!
(Jiwoo,kira) Morning Dad/Hyung!
(Jaeyong) Oh, i also wanna come with you all.
Jaehyun walked in, yawning.
(Jaehyun) Morning, guys.
(Jaeyong) Morning dad!
The group shared a warm laugh, enjoying the peaceful morning together.
Meanwhile, Donghyuck observed Renjun from across the table, his eyes filled with affection.
(Donghyuck) Ren, you seem more relaxed today. I'm happy to see you in this state!
(Renjun) Jeno and I talked last night. Cleared the air.
(Donghyuck) That's great.
Jaewon came downstairs behind ryo and jihao following him.
Jiwoo went towards hyuck and sit beside of him.
(Jiwoo) Morning hyuckie hyung!
(Donghyuck) Morning girl.
(Jaewon) Morning, everyone.
(Ryo) Morning .
(Jihao) Morning.
(All) Morning, Jaewon, Ryo, Jihao.
(Chenle) Take a seat, guys. Breakfast is almost ready.
Jaewon, Ryo, and Jihao joined the others at the table.
(Jiwoo) Hyuckie hyung, can I have some coffee?
(Donghyuck) Not until you're 18, princess.
(Jiwoo) But hyungie, just one sip?
(Donghyuck) No, and that's final.
Kira giggled.
(Kira) Hyuckie hyung is strict.
(Jeno) Someone has to keep you two in line.
