"Kim Jaehyun-ahh, I was wondering if you'd come," The agent put on a tight smile as he realised where he could be, maybe Sunghoon's business card should have been a giveaway but the detective was far more experienced and knew exactly how to deal with people like him. Their interrogation room was far from their detective agency and that was always the perfect bait, a disguise not many would doubt.
When the agent saw Heeseung instead of Sunghoon, his face paled and his breathing visibly became uneven. Still, it was almost as if he didn't recognise him, "Sunghoon-ssi is away taking care of an emergency but he will be here shortly to buy the painting, isn't that why you're here?" A small smirk played on Heeseung's lips when he saw the agent shrink yet the look on his face remained unbothered, as if he hadn't murdered young girls. "He better make it quick, I have another deal to close."
"Ahh, Jaehyun!" Sunghoon smiled, extending his hand while waiting for the agent to shake it promptly. It hadn't been long since the agent had arrived; sitting face to face with the detective, until Sunghoon entered the room at Heeseung's signal. "I was wondering if you were coming at all," The agent rolled his eyes, a scoff left his mouth and Heeseung chuckled, standing up from his position and bowing down to greet his boss.
Sunghoon addressed him with a short nod, feeling the guilt settle in for disrespecting his senior but Heeseung had assured him countless times while they prepared for this moment throughout the week that it was okay. "Sorry, I had someone to take care of. Needed to silence a bitch my wife doesn't about, you know how it is. Anyway, are we ready to close the deal?"
Sunghoon's eyes followed Heeseung as he moved across the office towards the small room where the agent and Sunghoon would soon enter, standing next to the door silently. "Women, so filthy and cause so much trouble, it's good she's done with," Jaehyun scoffed and Sunghoon laughed but he wished he'd have used the line in the interrogation room where it was recording but Heeseung was smart.
"The painting will be delivered to you at your desired address as soon as you sign the deal." Sunghoon faked a bright smile and even clapped his hands, turning his attention towards the room Heeseung was standing next to. "How about we go finish this somewhere more private?"
The agent smirked, looking down at Heeseung before following Sunghoon inside the room and taking a seat. While the agent busied himself with some of the paperwork he was supposed to hand Sunghoon, Sunghoon took that opportunity to leave the room and allow Heeseung to enter, "Excuse me, I have a call to make," Sunghoon smiled apologetically and the agent paid him no mind whatsoever.
Sunghoon rushed outside and Heeseung waited a few minutes before entering. It took the agent a good while to realize that Sunghoon was back, looking up only to find Heeseung smirking down at him and Sunghoon, nowhere around. "He has a body to get rid of but for now, let's cut to the chase, shall we?" Heeseung watched the colour drain from the agent's face.
