OrHir veya Orhun - Hira?
OrHir or Orhun - Hira?

Orhun and Hira are in the room together, for the first time after weeks of "separation". It was an awkwardly silent moment for both of them. Orhun seem restless yet was sitting facing Hira with a stern face but Hira.. she is completely calm, as if the divorce news has no effect on her. She sat opposite Orhun, as cool as cucumber.

"Boşanmak istiyorsun, öyle mi? (You want a divorce, right?) ", Hira broke the silence between them. Orhun looked directly at Hira, trying to understand the tone of her question. There was sense of serenity in Hira's tone. Orhun then nod his head after a pause, stating yes.

"Tamam, istediğin gibi yapacağız (Okay, we will do as you wish)", Hira agreed to Orhun's request for divorce. Orhun was shocked with Hira's response.

Eventhough that's what he wanted, Hira's immediate acceptance shattered his heart into pieces, engendered unbearable pain within. At this moment, Hira's tranquility is starting to smash Orhun.

"Ama, ondan önce senden bazı cevaplara ihtiyacım var (But, before that I need some answers from you)", Hira wants clarification from Orhun, the answers that she deserves before she is set to be "free" from all ties.

Orhun is looking bemused, wondering what answers does Hira need in order to proceed with the divorce. "Ne bilmek istiyorsun? (What do you want to know?)", Orhun asked Hira.

"Do you remember our first meet?
You took me with you, held me as your captive to avenge for Nihan abla's death. Then, you found out I was innocent and from that moment onwards you were good to me, you cared for my well-being and always stood by my side, taking me under your wing."

"Why didn't you let me go then, even when I wanted to leave? Why did you get mad when I asked for divorce later, when our initial deal was that I will stay till Aliço recovered and we'll be together only for Aliço's happiness?" Hira began her questioning.

As Hira was voicing out her queries, Orhun's memory traced back to the first time he saw Hira on the desserts of Eritrea, travelling through all the torture Hira endured due to his wrongful accusation as Nihan's "katil" (murderer) which lead him to marry her for revenge. That recollection of his deeds brought him to the days where he finally realized she's actually "masum" (innocent).

That's when Orhun's entire world changed! The old arrogant, heartless Orhun was introduced to a "new" Orhun, the Orhun he never knew existed before. The Orhun that was brought to life with the love for Hira. Not knowing how to answer Hira, Orhun remained silent. Hira then continued with her next question.

"When were about to start our journey together as husband and wife, God put us through another laborious test by setting us apart for a year. You found me again, but it wasn't the Hira you knew. We started all over again. You tried every way possible to bring my memory back, you were patient with me throughout and you put aside everything else for me."

"Unfortunately, thanks to Asli's evil plan, we got divorced because I thought I was going to die due to my illness. Yet, you didn't leave me. You came after me, you became my ray of sunshine, giving me hope and being my strength. Soon, we found out the truth and we looked forward to a new chapter together."

"Right when everything was going on well, we parted our ways again due to your incredulousness. You were owerpowered by anger and crushed me with your words and actions."

"Yes, I was deeply wounded with the words you threw on me! Yes, I was sad because you didn't listen to me! And the worst thing ever, you didn't trust me at all! You made me to leave you, Aliço and the mansion. I started my life, alone. But once again, I had to set my foot in the mansion, this time for Aliço. You tormented me again due to your ignorant distrust. But once again, your blind wrath lost in front of my "masumiyet" (innocence)."
