The Mysterious Caller- The lead to Evidence

Setting: Prison, visitor's meeting room

"Orhun, I just received a call.. it's about the evidence. The person said he has the evidence", Megha finally delivered the news to Orhun. OrHir looked at each other in confusion.

To clarify their confusions, Orhun curiously asked Megha, "Who called? How would you get the evidence? Are you sure that it's legit? What if that was an act staged for money or other internal motives?"

Orhun's questions made Megha to rewind to the nysterious phone conversation she had earlier.

*Flashback-The Mysterious Call*

Megha was waiting patiently for OrHir outside the visitor's meeting room. She is filled with tensed, thinking of the highly negative outcome from today's OrHir's meeting, yet deep down, she still have positive hope that the divorce will not take place because she believes that their love could overpower anything.

"Zzzzzzzzz", Megha's handphone was vibrating in her handbag. As soon as Megha felt the vibration, she zipped out her bag and grabbed the phone to check on the call. It was from an unknown number.

"Hello!" Megha greeted the unknown caller. "Merhaba avukat hanım! Orhun Demirhanlı davasıyla ilgilenen siz misiniz? (Hello Ms Lawyer! Are you the one who is dealing with Orhun Demirhanlı's case?)", the unknown caller asked.

"Evet, ama sen kim? (Yes, but who are you?)" Megha asked the unknown caller.

"Ben kimim?(Who am I?) You'll know me when you cross paths with me soon. I'm very sure you'll want to meet me as I have something very important to offer you avukat hanım (Ms Lawyer), something that will help you in Orhun Demirhanlı's case." The unknown caller replied mysteriously, making Megha to start losing her coolness.

"Ne demek istiyorsun? Davamda bana yardımcı olacak neyin var? (What do you mean? What do you have that will help me with my case?)"

"And can you stop with these riddles and be straightforward with what you want to convey? Megha blurted out snappishly at the unknown caller.

"Sabırlı ol hanımefendi! (Be patient Miss!) If you lose temper at me, it'll definitely affect your buddy, Mr Demirhanlı as what I have is directly linked to your client's freedom."

"And before you hit me again by asking, Neyin var? (What do you have?), let me give you the answer, Ben kanıtım var! I have the evidence!)", the unknown caller disclosed to Megha at last.

"Ne? (What?) How to believe that what you are saying is true, that you are not messing with me?" Megha questioned the unknown caller disbelievingly.

"Ma'am, you have no other way except to believe me. I've the evidence and been keeping it securely. I can only prove it to you if you agree to meet me. GOD knows, I could be the ONLY hope you have in order to set Mr Demirhanlı free from his life imprisonment", the unknown caller replied in a sneering tone.

At this point, Megha is annoyed with the way the unknown caller is responding to her. Nevertheless, she kept herself calm because she doesn't want to risk losing the evidence, for as the unknown caller claimed, it could be her ONLY option to set Orhun free from prison soon.

It's a gamble, but Megha is left with no other choice except to blindly trust this mysterious caller.

"Peki, sana inanıyorum! (Alright, I believe you!) Now, tell me what are your conditions to hand the evidence to me. Don't tell me that you are giving it out of humanity basis. Say it out clearly on what your demands are without wasting the time", Megha boldly asked the unknown caller.
