The friends were sitting together talking and feeling worried about itt's condition because he doesn't look like their friend they used to have
while itt was holding on to Dai's arm and putting his head on his shoulder  looking at an imaginary point that only exists in itt's imagination

Itt sighed tiredly he knows that this medicine won't help him remove his sadness from his heart and won't make everything around him better but he chose to be calm and listen to day he didn't want to make a problem between them
