I am so glad we have music, poetry, and art to get us through these difficult times. For those of you that view this collection of poetry, rants, personal thoughts, and feel my feelings; I love you! I don't mean to be political but I am afraid to live in America as a Hispanic woman. I am petrified to live in a "red" state! America has shown me that it really doesn't care about me and I am disheartened , disappointed; and most importantly disgusted. However, I will continue to write! I will continue to educate myself and hope for a better future. As I hope, anyone who's reading this feels the same way I do. It's what makes us human after all!
