(okay so I'm going back to this storyyy, since other storys I do seem to flop so working on this again!)
Marjorie and autumn both sat in the office doing their own thing on their computers until winter walked in
"Hello Marjorie, so I've just come in to tell you that I've finished everything I needed to do, just out of interest when will I got the paperwork to tell me if I got the job?"
Marjorie looks up and smiles "ah yes, so you'll get it at some point tomorrow, I'm guessing around 12pm?" Winter nods "okay thank you that's great, I'll be heading off now" Marjorie stops him "sorry, before you go I need to discuss a few more things just to make sure char got everything in order" winter turns back around "very well" Marjorie smiles "yeah thank you, I'll be right back though I need to go collect some stuff from the printer down the hall I wont be long!" Winter nods,
Autumns thinking in her head, she's yet again left alone with winter, she can feel his eyes on her but she doesn't look up she just ignores it, winter clears his throat, autumn finally looks up it's clear he wanted her attention "so, how long have you been working here for if you don't mind me asking" great autumn thought, he wanted to start conversation, she can tell he's the chatty type "2 years." Winter nods awkwardly "2 years? wow that's quite a long time" autumn hums and nods, it wasn't that long she thought he probably didn't plan on how to respond to that, winter looked over at autumns desk, he looks around, her bat, her bag, all very her even though hes just met her, but she's very unique, he spots a poetry book on her desk, the tell- tale heart by Edgar Allan Poe, she didn't strike him as a poetry type of person "you like poetry?" Autumn nods "you read poetry" winter smiles and nods "yes I'm a big fan of it myself" autumn hums and nods, after that Marjorie walks back in "ugh god, sorry i took so long Jodie broke the bloody printer again and I had to get Reece to bloody fix it" winter smiles and nods "that's alright"
Autumn looks down and goes back to work, Marjorie looks at her, she realises she hasn't spoken to her much today even though they've been in the same room most of the day "you alright my love? Marjorie questioned autumn, she looks up "mhm yes I'm fine darling." Winter smiles "you two together?" Autumn nods "yes, yes we are!" Marjorie says so cheerfully "aw that's sweet" autumn rolls her eyes she hates when people comment on her relationships she just wants them to mind their own business, meanwhile winter is in distraught but hides it of course, he really liked autumn, he thinks she's gorgeous and they both liked poetry who knows what else they have in common, but she's just not into you....or so he thought.
