Freddie stared at the note blankly as he perched on his chair, spinning while biting his nails. He groaned as he nearly fell off his chair from lying back - still deciding whether he should add his number to his phone. Not like he was worth the space, anyway...

"Oh, screw it!" He yelled, a little embarrassed by his split outburst. Freddie closed his eyes tightly, not wanting to face his own reflection on the black screen as he turned it on. He sighed as he opened his eyes slowly, feeling immense regret as he typed the numbers into his phone. He didn't care about the name, so he just put 'Igor'.

He typed his first message slowly, pressing each button with his shaking fingertips as he collapsed onto his bed.

'hey.'

He threw his phone like a childish middle schooler, throwing his head against the silk pillow.

*bing*

A text already? He picked up his phone.

'Hey Freddie. To be honest, I thought you would throw the note into the next bush you see, haha.'

Freddie gripped onto his phone tightly, why didn't he think of that?

FREDDIE 1:34am
'didn't feel like it.'

IGOR
'thanks, I guess :)'

FREDDIE
'Yeah yeah okay, anyway, what homework did we get?'

IGOR
'dunno, I finished it.'

FREDDIE
'Well there goes our only conversation.'

IGOR
'when you look into the sun, what do you think?'

FREDDIE
'what?'

IGOR
'we look at the sun the same. But I've always thought, "two opposite things always appear the same from the outside".'

FREDDIE
'That's stupid, you know?'

IGOR
'You haven't answered my question.'

FREDDIE
'I'll tell you when I'm ready.'

IGOR
'I mean, I've always thought, "sometimes, the easiest questions are the hardest ones to answer".'

FREDDIE
'Are you THAT much of a quote fan?'

IGOR
'what if I am?'

FREDDIE
'I wouldn't care, do whatever you want in life I guess. Even if it means being addicted to cringy quotes.'

IGOR
'And what about your obsession with those stupid jokes?'

FREDDIE
'That's different! Atleast they're funny.'

IGOR
' mine are better :P'

FREDDIE
'uh huh...totally.'

IGOR
'I would agree with you if that weren't sarcasm.'

FREDDIE
'I'm going to bed, goodnight.'

IGOR
'Goodnight, Freddie.'

Freddie did one last thing before he closed his eyes. He changed Igors name on his phone.
'Igor<3'
