Almost 3 months passed by. Both Rupali and Gaurav were completely healed physically. But her memories had not yet returned. Despite her persistent efforts, only some faint memories returned to her with the help and support of her family, but she was not able to recall everything. 

Both resumed their shoot in these 3 months. Despite Gaurav and the PH's insistence, rupali was adamant in resuming her job, as many technicians' livelihood was at stake and so the PH adjusted the tracks according to her health condition and everything was going smoothly.

That morning, gaurav's parents were ready with their bags packed, to leave to kanpur. Rupali and gaurav touched their feet together and sought blessings. 

Sashi maa spoke with a heavy heart " Mann hi nahi kar raha tum dono ko chodkar jaane ki..". Rupali's gaze softened as she smiled at her mother in law. 

Gaurav replied " Nahi maa.. You guys should go back to our home in kanpur. Papa ko waise bhi itne mahine bahut kuch kaam pending mein reh gaya.. aur mujhe bahut guilt horaha hai ki mein sirf zaroorat padne par hi aapko yahaan aane ke liye keh raha hoon .. ". 

Rupali looked at him and felt guilty. Sashi maa said " Do thappad maaroonga !! Mere bachchon ki dekhbaal ke liye mujhe kisi ki invitation ki zarurat nahi hai... " 

Rupali intervened " Nahi maa gaurav sahi keh raha hai... Mujhe nahi pata pehle kab aapko meri khayaal rakhni padthi thi, lekin iss theen mahine aapko pareshaan karne ke liye I am really sorry maa !! " she said, tears welling up in her eyes. 

" Aye pagal ladki !! Tu toh ham sab ki jaan hai... Mein apni beti ke liye yahaan aayi thi... Isiliye tum dono yeh faltu baatein band karo... Tu bas apna khayal rakh haan !!" sashi maa said gently hugging rupali. Gaurav looked on emotionally. Sashi maa pulled him into the hug as well. 

After few seconds, rupali and gaurav got conscious as they were this close for the first time in these three months. Sashi maa pulled back, unknowingly relieving them from the tension. 

Their parents bid them goodbye and left to kanpur.

It was a lazy afternoon. Raindrops were drizzling all over mumbai city. Rupali sat in their living room balcony, cross legged on the floor in her pyjamas, looking at the rainfall, lost in thoughts. 

" Hmm hmhmm.. " gaurav coughed and brought one bowl of steaming maggi. " It's maggi time !! " he exclaimed dramatically and sat next to her, both facing each other. Rupali broke into a wide smile and took one fork from the bowl, as he took another. 

" Hmm.. My mouth is watering..." she said excitedly and digged into the bowl with her fork. Gaurav chuckled happily seeing her impatient side. " Dheere !! " before he could react, she ate the steaming hot maggi and immediately regretted it. 

She puffed , owing to the heat of the dish. Gaurav immediately placed the bowl down and made her drink water. After taking a sip, she refused to drink more. " Arey drink more rupali ji.. Your tongue must be burning.. ". She nodded her head and replied while puffing " Agar zyaada paani peeyunga toh mere pet me maggi khaane ke liye jagah kaise bachegi.. "  and placed her fork into the bowl again. 

Gaurav chuckled at his baby and stopped her by gently holding her arm. He took the maggi with his fork, blew air over it and fed her himself. Rupali gazed at him with love and quickly casted her eyes down when he caught her gazing. She took the next turn and fed him. They fed each other like this, making " Hmmmm... " sounds enjoying the delicious maggi.
