Aria's eyes flashed with defiance. "The gods have their own agenda, but their interference has only made things worse. We cannot stand idly by while the realm is threatened."

Leon felt a surge of frustration. "If we follow the gods' orders, we risk leaving the realm vulnerable to the Harbinger's plans. We need to act on our own terms."

The messenger's expression remained impassive. "You are warned, Aria and Leon. The gods' patience is not infinite. The consequences of defiance will be severe."
