Aunt Edith:„ We had a long conversation about what our next step should be, regarding where you should stay and what is the best for you. Just listen first please, and here us out."
Aurora:„ I know I haven't been the best Mother, I was young and didn't know what to do. I had my life in front of me. A open door. It closed when I found out i was pregnant. I couldn't love you like you deserved. I apologize for everything"
Steve:„ We didn't think we were fit to be parents that soon, you have to understand"
All the emotions I had been feeling since their arrival vanished in that moment making me numb.
I didn't feel anything, anymore.
I remained silent.
Aunt Edith: „Agi they want to take you back. Isn't that great? A new fresh start for all of you. Didn't you want that all your life?"
I didn't know what I wanted. My earliest memory is when I officially moved to my grandparents house at the age of 10 years old.
Aurora: „we bought a new house, you would have your own room. This is a fresh start as she said. It's going to work out I promise."
Agatha:„ do I even have a say in this?"
Aunt Edith:„ Unfortunately not really, I'm sorry"
I didn't know what to feel about it. I remained silent the rest of the conversation. I went into my room and didn't leave it for the rest of the day.
