I looked at the message and read that it was from Adeline.

Me: Yes?

My twin💖: So i made a plannn

Me: For?

My twin💖: For u to get closer to D obviously

Me: ...... And how?

My twin💖: So...you text her saying that you lost all the pics from the comp

She was talking about the drama comp we had in September.

My twin💖: and then ask her for the pictures then slowly side in that you miss everyone and start a convo

Me: Why am i asking her? We have a group chat for a reason

My twin💖:  Just ask!!! Love comes with a risk uk

I hesitated for a second and then figured what do i have to lose?
 
Me: Ok.....fine

My twin💖:Yay!!! Send me screenshots
  
I quickly switched the chat and texted Dahlia. I can't believe I'm gonna lie to her

  Me : So smthn happened with my phone and all the pics disappeared

         : Can u send me the comp pics please

I cant believe I just did that. Ok, no lets not think about that and move on but i knew dam well that i was not gonna forget. My older cousins, Paige and Bailey , were over so hopefully that's a good enough distraction while i wait till she texts back. At least I knew I was gonna enjoy my time with them. When they were there it was a guaranteed fun time. We made some brownies and watched some Netflix. We even filmed ourselves cooking and laughing. These are the moments that I feel like are actually worth living for. These are the moments that give me hope.

Just then my phone lit up with a message. It was from her.

Dahlia❤️:Oh yes , sure

                   :There is so much

Me: I knowww

Dahlia❤️: You want only the ones with you?

Me: Yeah sure

Dahlia❤️:You prefer all? If so i can send

Me: No no Its fine

Photos and videos started flooding my phone. She was sending me all of them. Oh that sweet idiot. I started feeling bad for putting her thru this. There was at least a 1000 of these (not exaggerating)  After 10 mins she was still sending. I felt bad.

Me: It's ok. That's enough

       :I feel bad for your hands

       :Looking through these makes me miss u guys

Dahlia❤️: Nah fr, I do to🥹❤️

Me: Wish we all texted more

Dahlia❤️:Yes true. It has died down

We talked a bit more about the comp and fun times we had there and I literally felt like I was on cloud 9. How can someone be so perfect like its so unfair. After a while of texting I felt like I was bothering her so I decided to start ending the conversation

Me: Anyway you're probably tired now          

Dahlia❤️: After sending you pics? No

Me: Just overall

Dahlia❤️: Oh well not really

                     : But you would have to wake up early tomorrow for school

Me: Im not going

Dahlia❤️: Right

Me: Need to catch up on work and tests are right around the corner. U going ?

Dahlia: Yes we need to prepare school tomorrow for its birthday

Me: Oh yeah

We then spent another 10-15 mins having a conversation about studying and stress and she was so sweet and supportive the entire time. In the end I told her that she probably needed some rest because it was late. We ended the conversation a bit after that. 

Me: ADDY!!!!!

      : I texted herrr

I sent her some screenshots of our texts

My twin💖: AHHHHH!

                       : OMG YESSS

                       : I'm so smart

I got ready for bed since it was getting late. After getting into bed I re-read all the convos we had together and fell asleep with a smile on my face. If I cant actually be with Dahlia at least I can dream about it, right?
