Sans didn't wake up until Grillby came in to get the skeletons for lunch. The rest of the day was much quieter. There were still times when there was a loud bang or something but it wasn't constant like before and Sans was finally able to read mostly peacefully. Papyrus had half a pattern done on the cube before getting bored and moved on to solving Sans' maze after asking if he could and gave his own mazes to Grillby to solve. They all hung out in the skeletons' bedroom while Rosie worked.

Rosie peaked into the skeletons' bedroom, looking for Grillby. She found Grillby sitting at the desk with Papyrus, making and solving mazes. Sans was laying on the bed sideways, facing the others while wrapped up in the covers and reading a book. He was the only one who noticed her when she stepped into the doorway and when Rosie noticed she looked at him curiously. She remembered how Papyrus said that Sans was shy but he wasn't trying to hide from her in the covers when he saw her like she'd expected.

"what do you want?" He snapped when she continued staring, getting the other's attention.

"SANS, DON'T BE RUDE," Papyrus scolded lightly. "MAYBE SHE NEEDS HELP." He looked at Rosie. "DO YOU NEED HELP?"

Sans huffed and sat up as Rosie answered.

"Oh, no, I don't but it's nice of you to ask," she replied. "I actually came to talk to Grillby."

"OH OK!"

"What did you want to talk about?" Grillby asked.

"Just a few things," Rosie replied. "So, I've finished fixing the floor and I believe that I can finish the rest of the bathroom tomorrow. Do you want to come see how it looks?"

"Sure."

"I WANT TO SEE TOO!" Papyrus exclaimed. "SANS, ARE YOU COMING?"

Sans stopped staring at Rosie to look at Papyrus. "uh, sure."

All four monsters left the bedroom. Rosie stayed just outside the bathroom since otherwise it would start getting crowded. The other three monsters entered and looked at the newly repaired floor except for Sans who watched Rosie out of the corner of his eye socket.

"WOWIE! IT LOOKS JUST LIKE IT DID BEFORE!" Papyrus noted.

Grillby hummed in agreement. "Yes, you did well Rosie."

Rosie smiled. "Oh, it's nothing. Well...I guess I've never had to do this big of repairs before but I like the challenge and I do enjoy my work."

"GRILLBY LIKES HIS JOB TOO! YOU SHOULD TRY SOME OF THE STUFF HE COOKS!" Papyrus recommended loudly before returning to his regular volume. "EVEN IF MOST OF IT IS REALLY GREASY."

"Hmm, that doesn't sound like a bad idea," Rosie commented. "Maybe I'll come and order a salad one day."

"It would be nice to see you when you're not doing repairs and I think Papyrus would like that," Grillby said and Papyrus nodded with an excited smile. "Also, it's good to hear that you enjoy doing your job. I find that the quality of a monster's work often shows how dedicated they are to it and if they like doing it or not. Your work has been very good and I appreciate it."

"Aw, I'm glad that you think it looks good. Also, speaking of your restaurant, you can open it up tomorrow since I won't be making so much noise or be going in and out. Oh, maybe I could try that salad if you're going to do that."

"Yeah, I'll open it up then," Grillby agreed as he stepped out of the bathroom. "Papyrus helps me out now and he likes to talk to everyone when he can. I bet all the dogs already miss coming here for their meals along with the other regulars."

Papyrus followed Grillby and Sans went over to watch from the couch.

Rosie laughed. "Yeah, I can definitely see that being true. Well, that's all I wanted to talk about so unless you have any questions or something I'll get going."
