In your blatant lies

The sky is not rebelling today,
The clouds hanging uneventful,
I often think of the endings,
And moments like this urge me to.
So I continue to think and think,
Getting lead down the road,
That leads me to the past and future at once,
Never once thinking what my heart undergoes.
And thus I get lead down the road,
Where I remember your lies,
I remember the house we built,
And the words I ignores to feel fine.
In your lies I saw our family crumble,
Every ball we attended become a nightmare,
For not once was I happy,
I was only smiling.
Heartbreaking were your lies,
I'm not sure why I'm staying,
I know my stay is overdue,
But you fell in love and dragged me in.
