We Tried The World (Good God, It Wasn't For Us)

Tomura felt like time had frozen. He couldn't breathe, he couldn't think. His hands were shaking. He wanted to decay something, but he couldn't move. All he could do was stare at the file in his hands, a sense of overwhelming horror washing over him in a way he hadn't felt since he had killed his family (and wasn't that fitting, that he didn't remember what he had done until what could be the very end for him?).

Subject Name: Tenko Shimura Tomura Shigaraki

Notable Family Members: Nana Shimura, Hero Name: Amazoness. Former mentor of All Might. She was the seventh holder of One For All, the strength stockpiling Quirk that could be passed down to another person via consuming the previous user's DNA. She also had a moderately strong flight Quirk, though it was nothing too noteworthy. Killed in action against All For One. The seventh holder was the subject's paternal grandmother, and the reason he was chosen for this purpose, as well as his destructive Quirk. The fact that he killed his entire family in a Quirk accident and saved us the trouble of getting rid of them is also a bonus.

Subject's Purpose: To serve as a host for All For One. The subject's powerful Quirk, as well as relation to All Might's mentor makes him the perfect weapon against the Symbol of Peace, and thus the perfect host body for AFO to use to defeat him and reclaim OFA. Not to mention the subject is healthy and uninjured, which are two qualities AFO desperately needs in a body. The subject has been conditioned to hate heroes and hero society, via years of slow indoctrination, and has proven to be immature as well as frighteningly loyal to AFO. It's honestly quite pathetic, but it is useful for our goals.

In the last fifteen years, the subject has not questioned anything and has believed nearly everything he has been told. He can barely even remember his past, and is certainly unaware that AFO was responsible for his stint as a street rat all those years ago when he threatened the local heroes to stay away from him so he could be the one to 'rescue' the subject, thus cementing the subject's sense of loyalty and gratitude towards him.

The subject has become more mature and capable as of late, due to the many trials he has been purposefully put through has the LOV commander to prepare him for this stage in the process, but thankfully he is not too capable. It wouldn't due for him to become too powerful and decide to go rogue. Disposing of the subject after all these years of careful planning would be such a waste. The subject also feels even more indebted towards AFO due to his clever ploy of playing the martyr during the Kamino Incident, which will hopefully make things easier as well.

The first phase of AFO's plan to take control of the subject's body is to begin soon, which is why I am making this file, to keep track of our findings during the process. After the subject's caretaker Nomu is removed from the picture via his 'unfortunate' capture by the heroes (thus removing any so-called 'voices of reason' from whispering in the subject's ear), I can direct the subject towards attempting to gain control of Gigantomachia, in a bid to prove that he is truly 'All For One's successor'. In truth, this is merely an attempt to push the subject to his very limit in a natural environment, so that he may awaken a new stage of his Quirk. That way, it will be in peak condition when AFO takes over.

Once that is done, he will be more capable than ever, but too exhausted to fight back; the perfect host. I will then put him through the four month process of transferring AFO the Quirk into his body. Whether he consents or not is irrelevant in the end. Once that is done, AFO's Quirk vestige can take over it's new vessel, leading the League of Villains under the guise still being the vessel's original host until they've outlived their usefulness and can be disposed of entirely. Then the end goal can be achieved; All For One re-taking One For All, before killing every hero that dared go against him and re-shaping Japan into a new, more cooperative country. The future is looking bright indeed.
