The next day Nova would wake up and rub her eyes. She stretches and turns onto her stomach, instinctively reaching for her phone. She stops herself and mutters under her breath "Fuck..." sighing as she pulls her hand back to the warmth of her body.

"What's wrong?" Alexandria would ask as she sat up to start getting ready for the day. She grabs the shirt she had on and turns to face away from Nova to change it.

Nova chuckles slightly to herself before speaking. "I reached for my phone like it would work." She chuckles before sitting up and looking over. Nova quickly turns away when she sees Alexandria changing "shit! Tell a girl when you're changing so she can look away!"

"Sorry" is all Alexandria says before speaking again when she finishes changing "we are both girls, its okay."

When the two were ready for the day, they left the room, and Nova got her coat on. "Bit cold this morning. What's the plan for the day, I'm thinking of gathering the candles, getting jobs in order, making sure we get water and food sorted, and coming up with new plans," she says walking out with Alexandria.

"I can go and do the jobs, tell a few of the builders to make fencing to bring livestock closer to us." Alexandria responds.

"Sounds like a good idea, I'll get my horse and a few others with me to at least get chickens today, we could use the eggs."

"Where the hell are you going to get eggs?"

"There is a massive free-range egg farm down the road from here, it's perfect we just need some more places for other cattle like goats and cows. The larger cattle can go there but we need some chickens here so I'll grab Orion and a few guys, and then we can head over." Nova explained,

"Alright, see you soon." Alexandria responded before walking off.

Orion and Beck walk up to Nova who is getting everything situated. Nova looks up to the two who are smirking slightly. "Get that grin off your faces we have work to do."

"Jesus, okay. What's the plan." Beck replies.

"Orion you're coming with me, we are going to get a few others to bring some chickens back here. Beck, you're in charge of Alexandria who is doing jobs and telling people where to put up a few fences. Just make sure nobody tries to take over."

"Alright I'll get the horses and a few men," Orion replied before walking off. They would find about nine others to go with them.

Beck simply nods and goes to speak with Alexandria. Nova would brush through her hair before going to grab a ration, she eats and drinks what little water she can. "How much water is left?"

"Not much, we are working on a natural filtration system right now, it's not working too well." The man responds.

"Let me see." Nova responds and follows him to look. She looks at what they are using and nods a little. "Alright, make the water go through the bottle, cut the bottom of it so you can easily put a hose or drip system into it so you don't have to stand here, put a clean piece of cloth at the bottom and tie it so its suture then you do charcoal, sand, and small rocks or pebbles. That should last you a bit then you just clean the bottle out and put new stuff in it." As she explained she showed the process and held it up to show clear water. "But before you drink it make sure to boil the water just to be extra safe."

"Damn, thank you, Nova. We will get on this right away." the man replies and shows a few others how to make the system.

"Of course." she says before she walks over to Orion and the other men. She gets on her horse, Harley.
