Max had to hide his costume in his closet, lock it and then throw the key away. He couldn't keep messing around when there was something going on, something bigger than the villains and heroes of the city. "I don't think you understand what I'm talking about Jamey- this is serious." Max complained while walking down the sidewalk, holding his phone to his ear as he spoke to the ex and villain. "I've got worse things to deal with Max, Tyler is missing! I haven't even broken the news to John yet." Jamey hissed back as he puts a hand on his hip, rolling his eyes as Max starts whining about the black flowers again. "I'm telling you, they're magic! You gotta help me." Max groans as he slowly comes to a stop at a park, before making a turn and following a hidden path in the bushes. "Do you know how looney you sound? Look I'll call you back." Jamey dismissed before hanging out, shaking his head before turning to Felix with a grim expression. Max groaned as he was shut down again, rubbing his face in frustration before sitting down in front of a tree. "Alex isn't fucking answer and now that stupid green haired fuck is too busy for me. What has the world come too?! Am I no one's priority?!" The blue haired man cried out dramatically before leaning against the tree in defeat. "Ugh. Doesn't matter, you're my priority. You're a strange looking fucker and I'll find out why you're suddenly popping up everywhere." Max says as he stares at the black flowers, they had gold shimmer floating off of them as they sat a ways away. "I'll figure it out."

Faz let out a scream as vines wrapped around him before slamming him into a wall, completely catching him off guard as he wasn't even on patrol yet. "Ow.. Oh! Ty? New powers?" Faz gasped out with a grimace, a half assed smile on his face as he stared down at his friend. Tyler's eyes were golden and his face had little gold veins going across his skin, he stared at the hero. "You're coming home." Tyler says simply as a ground become to form around them, bystanders getting interested in what was happening. "Look man, I don't know what's up with you but-" Faz was cut off as StrongMan cleared his throat, gaining his attention. "I've got it from here, citizen!" StrongMan announced as he turned to Tyler, eyes widening a bit at the state of his boyfriend. "Uh.. You'll have to let him go now." He announced uncertain as he slowly began to walk up to the blond, staring at the golden skin that slowly began to glow brighter. Vines emerged from the ground and begun to wrap around the hero, slowly dragging him down until he couldn't move. "Let go! Tyler!" Strongman demanded, his voice was shaky and confused but he didn't know what to do. He couldn't fight his boyfriend, could he? He couldn't even move his arms. He didn't even get to fight. Didn't even try. "Uh StrongMan! Help me?!" Faz yelled as Tyler started to move them towards the forest, knocking people and cars out of the way with the vines. "I-I can't move?!" Strongman called out as he struggled as hard as he could against the vines but it was no use. He was helpless.

The violence in the city had pretty much doubled over night, people glowing gold and with golden eyes had started absolutely destroying the city. "Angelo what the fuck is happening?" Lucifer groaned out as he stared down at the city, distaste clear on his face as he looked at the disaster below. "This is going to cost a million to fix." The dark haired man complained as he looked at the blond, arms crossed in annoyance. "I've told you sweetheart, it's the one in the woods. He's upset again. He use to do it all the time that's why we gave him those kids." Angelo explained as he rubs his neck, a little annoyed at the mess. "We just gotta get him happy before he destroys the city. Again." He grimaced as he shuffled paper away on his desk, neatly placing them in a pile as he walked over to his husband. "Ugh why can't we just kill the little bird-rat-fucking whatever it is?!" Lucifer hissed in annoyance as he started to pace, thinking of ways to get rid of the nuisance. "Because he's the source of power for this whole city? His magic along keeps the city running." Angelo explained gently as he watches the bigger man pace, "And he's hot." He added as an after thought.

Chris let out a low warble as he gently ran his talons through Alex's hair, his little one was home and all safe. "Dad. You can't keep me here." Alex reminds him gently, leaning into the claws as he looked at his father. He looked half crazed and animalistic, his eyes were nearly fully golden. "Let me go!" His baby brother's screaming defiantly caught the attention of both male's, making their heads look out the window. "Baby!" Chris hissed out excitedly as he stalked over to the window, looking out before opening the door and snatching his youngest some up. "Baby." He purred as he brought his bewildered son to his nest where Alex was still sitting. "Dad? What?" Faz says confused as he looked at his dad and then at Alex. "Yeah the birdbrain kidnapped us." Alex explained as he checked his brother over, just as fussy as their father who was already trying to hide them away with his wings as he held them close. ".. Wait. Is he the reason that people are acting so strange? That's his magic right? The gold?" Faz questioned as he held his dad close for comfort, confused by everything that was happening. "Yeah probably." Alex says as he settles back into the nest, looking at his brother. "Are we not going to try to escape?" Faz whispered lowly, hoping his father wouldn't hear. "There's no point? I mean if you want to try you can but it won't be much use." The red head says before he starts explaining all the ways he tried to escape and how it just freaked their father out. "He won't let us leave. He can literally control the forest."
