“Ever Gats! Ever Gats!” The crowd cheered on and on as the lights flickered changing from blue t green to red to pink to yellow to purple and over and over again. The cheers and fist shot high into the air as they call his name over and over again now. “………” Everything went into a foggy haze... as the TV was shut off.
“Hey! I was watching that!” Tammy cried out loud a she slammed her bowl of cereal down onto the small coffee table. Arianna Kendra Haven. She had long, long; I mean long straight black hair and always straightened it. She always had her hair like that since their grandparents passed away and before then. As she turned her head her bangs slowly waved as she stared at her sister angrily.
“It is too loud and besides you have to get ready for school or you are going to be late!” Arianna scolded her.
“I still have an half hour to get ready!” Tammy argued.
“Good, then you have time to study then.” Arianna turned her head and started to walk towards the kitchen and picked up a book and started to study.
“Tsst! You always get in my way of doing things! You should lighten up a bit you scare me some times when you just start to study on stop like that you know?” Tammy said as she jumped over the sofa and started to walk towards Arianna. “You know, one day I think I am going to wake up and walk into the kitchen to find you overdosed on studying too hard. OUCH!”
Arianna banged her fist roughly on Tammy’s head as she took a bit of some toast as she was studying. “Don’t jump over the sofa like that again.”
“Ow! Who made you the boss of the house?” Tammy yelled at her as she rubbed her head.
“Mom and Dad when they are away like this?” Arianna answered not bothering to look at Tammy.
“Ugh! You are so immature!” Tammy pouted as she walked away not really in pain but still rubbing her head.
“Shut up and go get ready and take a shower while you are at it. You can’t keep staying up and playing all the time and not think about your hygiene.” Arianna walked to the table and sat down and started to study.
“Okay, you may have this a little mixed up and confused right now, but I am the main character, not Tammy. I am seventeen years old and have a whole school year to study for the college exams, the finals, and whatever test comes to me this year. I mean it; I have to be prepared because if I am not, you know what will happen to me. Community college and with the type of guys around here I will be doomed to have sit with a bunch of people who will just join a class just to drop out and me to have been rejected in the first place. Okay, I think I do study a little too much, but I take some time off now and again. I walk outside take a few minute breathers and then come back inside and study again. I go to the neighbors and say hi just to check up on the elderly. I have a part time job; I fix my sister and younger brother’s dinner, breakfast, and lunch. I tend to do the heavy chores around the house, manual repairs, you know, like fixing the leaks, pluming, redoing the roof, painting the house that one time and on top of that I walk the dog and chase away the stray cats my dog befriends who have no business being here. I get my younger siblings ready for school as well and make sure they do all their homework before school and I make them study from time to time. See, I don’t study too much. I do have times where I take breaks from studying though I may study in-between those times too, but I still take breaks! Yes, it is just me and a normal school life. Now enough about that, those are the good old days that were, no are going to be stolen from me thanks to that thieving little no good for nothing…Ugh! He ticks me off so much just thinking about him, well, any ways, here is the story of how my life fell apart. My life and the stocker!”
“Aw, I am not that much of a stocker. I thought you would call me something a little bit more nice, like a friend, or a husband or sweetie-poo. I wouldn’t mind it.”
