Jared busts through the bar doors as I stand here going over my order. "Girl!" His tone of voice is higher than I have ever heard. "How the hell did you get the bar back open? We all were positive this place was closed down for life!"

I smile and shake my head. "Boy! I have never heard your voice so high-pitched in my life." I am staying focused on my order but want to play host to my best friend. "Do you remember blonde Suzy Q from school?" I asked while trying to count these bottles.

"I do!" I look over at Gemma as she walks in from the kitchen. Rya is right behind her. They both looked like they were busy.

I scoff. I set the tablet down on the bar counter. "Did you two just?"

Rya is nodding her head. "Utility closet. Yep! I never know if this place will close. Not saying it hasn't already happened." Her face is still flushed and sweaty. Her hair is in a bun, but you can see it is messy. Her shirt is half unbuttoned and her skirt is riding up too high.

I smile and lower my head to the floor. I feel this slight attraction to the fact that both just did whatever they did in that utility closet. "Hmm." Natalia interrupts my thoughts. "Maybe we will have to try the utility closet at some point." She slides her hand against my shoulder and lightly squeezes.

I glanced up at her. I bite my bottom lip and flash a seductive smile. I lower my eyelids and release a quick and playful laugh. "Yes, mommy!" I softly say. I slowly slide my tongue across my lips.

Jared scoffs and walks toward the kitchen. "Y'all motherfuckers getting laid and shit and I'm over here just hoping the right guy lands in my lap. Y'all some freaky ass women. Calling her mommy and shit. No thanks, bitches!" I watch as he pushes through the kitchen doors. He is bitching.

I press my lips tightly together while trying to hold back my laugh. Gemma spits out a laugh and leans against the wall. "Is he serious!"

"Yep!" I say and stock the last beer in the cooler. "So back to what I was trying to say." I turn my attention toward the kitchen door. I know Jared can hear me. "Suzy Q tried framing me for a bunch of shit once she saw my name on this bar. She hated me in high school and thought she could ruin me by taking down this bar...and then set up cameras in my home illegally."

"The bitch did what!" Jared yells. He pushes back through the doors and stomps his feet. "She did..." He pauses. I can see his eyes gazing at the front door. His eyebrows are lowered, and his lips are drawn back. He looks pissed. "I will not tolerate any bitch messing with my best friend! Where is she at? Hold my Vaseline!"

I drop down to the floor from my laughing. I can hear everyone else laughing too. I shake my head and swallow hard. My stomach is starting to hurt. "Babes! I love you Jared...but come on!" I cough and raise my hand to the top of the half-sized floor cooler. I pull myself up and set my tablet on the bar. I lean against the cooler and wipe the comedic tears from my eyes. "If you want her, you'll have to go to the county jail to find her."

His eyes grew wide. I can see him questioning himself. His mouth is half opened and he looks lost. "They arrested her ass. For what?"

I shake my head and scoff. "Are you listening to me? She falsified information through the city...which is very illegal. She broke into my home and illegally set up cameras. And the messed-up part about this she doesn't have any reason why!"

Natalia sits at the bar. I watch as she grabs a glass and pours herself a half glass of whiskey. Her eyes wander around the group of us all staring at her. "What?" She speaks. She scoffs and puts the glass up to her lips. "It's late enough. Thanks to this town I drink more often than I used to."

"No judgment!" Derek says and raises his hand for a high five as he walks toward her. She slaps his hand, and he continues walking. "No one needs to be judged in this bar. Let us get this bitch open. The town just found out we get to open back up and there must be a hundred people out there."
