Thalia's P.O.V

"But Mi' Lady, he's a werewolf!" I protested.

"Thalia enough." Artemis said.

"But he is evil! They all are! Their entire race should be wiped out of existence!"

"How are you so blind to think that they are all evil? Just because the actions of some werewolves are bad, is it justified to assume that they are all the same? No race, as evil as they may be, deserves to be destroyed. You need to open your eyes and see the bigger picture. See the good in people, not just the bad. Until you can do that you have no say in the matter." She said and disappeared into her tent. I scowled and kicked at a stone. That stupid werewolf was sitting at the edge of camp, staring into the forest. We don't need any one to protect us. We can take care of ourselves.

"Hey mutt!" I shouted at him.

"Yes Thalia?" He asked, not even turning around. I jumped slightly in shock. He can talk?

"How do you know my name mutt?" I demanded.

"Lady Artemis called you that. So I assumed it was your name." He replied.

"Well we don't need you to be our guardian! We can take care of ourselves!" I shouted and stormed away.

Percy's P.O.V

Thalia seems pretty pissed. Oh well. I can't do anything about that.

"Lady Artemis?" I called into her tent.

"Yes Monos?" She replied.

"May I make dinner tonight?" I asked her.

"Sure." She said and I left. What should I make? I thought about the food I wanted and pizza's appeared on the table. Cool. I went back to patrolling the borders.

"Dinner time." Artemis called.

"Did you make this?" I heard Thalia ask.

"No. Monos did."

"Really?" Thalia asked in disbelief. Artemis nodded. The hunters sat down and started eating. After a while Artemis walked towards me.

"Aren't you going to eat anything?" She asked. I shook my head.

"I'm not hungry." I replied. She paused and studied me.

"Alright." She said and left. I started walking again then froze. I lifted my muzzle in the air. A rancid smell filled my nose. I walked towards the smell and froze. A few metres away from me was the biggest snake I have ever seen. It was the length of a giant and its body was as thick as a tree. Its scales were an olive colour patterned with black. It turned its glowing yellow eyes to me and studied me. It bared its fangs and hissed.

I stared at it uneasily.

"Yup, that's my name."
I will feed on your bonesssss and drink from your blood.

It told me.

"Um, no thanks." I said. It hissed again.
After I dessssstroy you I will dessssstroy my enemiesssss!

"Er... Who are your enemies?" I asked, trying to think of a plan.
I will kill Apollo and Artemisssss then I will desssstroy the sssssspirit of Delphi! For I am the mighty Python!
