The Nightmare

~ Ashley's POV ~
___Dream___
It was dark. I couldn't see anything, nor did I know where I was. Suddenly everything started to clear up and I could see a bright light. I looked around, I was in my room. Or not exactly. It was the room that I was staying in as long as I was visiting Mitch and Jerome. And I was still in my bed. Was this a dream or reality? I couldn't tell. I went up feeling the cold flopp against my bare feets. I opened the door and walked out of my room and into Jerome's.
"Jerome?" I whispered and looked around. Nobody was there. I went downstairs into Mitch's room.

"Mitch?" No answer and nobody was in the room. I went to the kitchen and saw red eyes outside the window. Soon I saw a man with black clothes holding a knife trying to get in...

~ Mitch's POV ~

It was really late but I was still up editing a video that I just recorded. I let a yawn leave my mouth and decided to go to sleep. I went upstairs to a bathroom where I had my toothbrush and toothpaste. After brusing my teeths I went past Ashley's room. I couldn't keep myself from not looking. I peeked out of the door and saw Ashley laying in her bed. But it seemed like something was wrong. She turned around and whispered things like: "No..no, leave me alone.."

I couldn't leave her there having a nightmare. I opened the door and went inside, of course closing it behind me. I went to bed and layed down next to Ashley and then put my arms round her. I was a bit afraid that she was going to wake up but she didn't. Instead she stopped whispering and turning around. She snuggled into my chest which made me smile. I could definitely get used to this. It reminded me of the Euro Trip we did in 2013, when we was in Barcelona.

~ Flashback ~

We had just made it to the hotel we're staying in. But what we didn't know that there was two rooms, that meant we'd have to share a room two and two. Adam pucken first because it was he that found the hotel and booked it. Of course he chose Jerome, he'd always thought I had a thing on Ashley. I couldn't say that he was wrong but still.

After a fun night it was time to sleep. Jerome and Adam left our room and went to their. It was a bit awkward, because there was only one big bed. That mean me and Ashley was going to share it. After a while we both fell asleep.

In the middle of the night I woke up by Ashley. I assumed she had a nightmare, the way she moved and seemed so scared. I held her in my arms to comfort her. I think she woke up, realised that I was comforting her, then went to sleep again. I was happy that she allowed me to hold her. It was then I realised I actually did love her...

~ Flashback over ~

After a while of sitting there with Ashley I decided it was time to leave. It would just be awkward if she woke up in my arms. I tried to leave when I felt her hand take mine almost as she asked me to stay. Was she awake? I felt like I couldn't leave her and stayed. I layed down with Ashley still on my chest. I kissed her on her forhead before I went to sleep.

~ Ashley's POV ~

I woke up, expecting me to see Mitch next to me but no. I thought about what'd happend over the night.

I remember how I felt someone put their arms around me, to comfort me. I woke up from my nightmare and saw that it was Mitch. I didn't want him to know I was awake, so I pretended to sleep. After a while he was trying to leave, but I didn't want him to go. I wanted to cuddle up to his chest and stay like that all night. I grabbed his hand, thinking that maybe it wasn't a good idea to do that. But to my suprise he stayed, and I fell asleep.

I got back to reality and got out of the bed, into the bathroom where I had my clothes from yesterday. I took of Mitch's shirt and changed. After I had changed I went to my laptop and started to upload a video. While I was waiting for it to go up, I went downstairs to eat some breakfast. I saw Mitch and Jerome sitting in the kitchen eating some bacon and eggs.

"Good morning" Jerome said before he put a fork filled with bacon and eggs in his mouth.
"Morning" Mitch said and did the same thing.
I smiled and said quickly: "Good morning" There was a plate on the table and I took it, put some bacon and eggs on it and sat down.

We chatted, laughed and talked about random things while eating our breakfast. I drank some orange juice while they drank coffee.
"So, what are the plans for today?" I asked and took the last bacon on my fork and shuffled it in my mouth.
"Ryan asked if we wanted to come over, so I thought we'd go there" Mitch answered and looked right in my eyes. I looked back, even tho I tried to avoid his beautiful brown eyes. Because I knew I would blush if we made eye contact, and guess what I did.
"I think I'm going to go upstairs and look if my video is uploaded" I said and left the kitchen.

~ Mitch's POV ~

___Earlier this morning___

I woke up next to Ashley. She was still sleeping and I crawled out of the bed. I was happy that she didn't wake up. For like a minute I just stood there, watching her sleep. She was so cute when she was asleep.
I went to my room to change clothes, and then to go and make breakfast. I started with the eggs then the bacon. I put three plates on the table and forks and knifes. Suddenly Jerome came in the room and took the glassen out of the cabinet. I put the pan with the eggs and bacons on the table too.
"Good morning" I said. He answered the same thing back.
We sat down and talked about random things. Then Jerome opened his mouth to say something but only got to say: "You know this morni..." Then Ashley walked down the stairs and he quit.

When we heard Ashley close the door to her room Jerome said:
"As I said before. This morning. Mitch. What did you do in her room? Did you finally tell her?"
I shook my head before saying: "She was having a nightmare, I just comforted her"
"Did she know that you were there?" He continued while taking our plates, putting them into the dishwasher.
"I'm not sure. I tried to leave but she held me, like she asked me to stay"
"Ohhh... We have some lovebirds in the house!" Jerome almost yelled.
"Shut up! What if she heard you?" I whispered annoyed.
