(One month later, third person pov:)
The sports festival had finally arrived, and while the girls of class 1A were getting ready and making casual conversation, the boys of class 1A were locked in a heated and serious conversation.
Izuku: "Kirishima, as much as I love as a brother and work out partner, it's sacrilegious to put protein powder in your milk with your cereal." He said as most agreed with him, while Kirishima defended his position.
Kirishima: "It's not sacrilegious, I just want to make sure I'm getting enough protein. And it's not as bad as Sero, he goes full old-school with grapefruit with sugar." He says as Sero snaps back.
Sero: "And that is a more legitimate type of breakfast that yours. But if I may, Ojiro, why the hell do you go with Frosted Flakes with water?" He says for Sato to ask before Ojiro could answer.
Sato: "Is it wrong to have chocolate syrup in the milk with your cereal, cause I do that?" He says as Shoji answers.
Shoji: "That makes a little more sense than those two, but still, Ojiro, why water with cereal?" He asks.
Ojiro: "My family wasn't very well off when I was younger, so I got used to it? Same with a sugar sandwich, and that's literally just sugar and white bread." He says, confused as to why this conversation was happening at all. Then Minetta said something that disgusted them all.
Minetta: "What about cereal with Gatorade?" With that said, everyone turned to look at him with mixed looks of confusion, shock, or disgust. He quickly backtracks. "I, umm... I'm asking for my sister, she does that sometimes." He said in a weak defense, to which Katsuki response.
Katsuki: "Your not helping your case, you stupid grapist, and to end the debate once and for all, it's cereal then milk, and I will not hear it any other way, got it?" He says in a threatening tone, which had everyone confused because he said nothing about the previous conversation until now.
As all this was going on and as they started to head, Shoto was last one, and the only thought on his mind was of the thing he loved most in life.
Shoto: (thought) "Cold soba, my one true love. Wait no, that's Momo, and I still love my family, right?" He thinks to himself for a moment. "'Sigh' I think Izuku was right when he said I might have a little problem." He said as he started to rethink his life a bit.
(Out in the stadium)
As class 1A were making their way out to the center of the stadium, Shoto caught up to Izuku and had a challenge for him.
Shoto: "Izuku, I have a challenge for you. We're both the sons of top pros, so let's make sure we show them what we can do and that we can and will be heros in our own right." He said with Izuku nodding in agreement.
Izuku: "Sure, why not, but don't expect me to go easy on you, this is a competition, and I intend to win." He says to which Shoto agreed.
As they walked out into the stadium, they heard the cheering of the crowd, followed Present Mic's voice coming in over the intercoms.
Present Mic: "ALRIGHT FOLKS, LET'S MAKE SOME NOISE FOR THIS YEAR'S UA SPORTS FESTIVAL!" He said as the crowd cheered, and Aizawa, who was in the announcer booth with him, groaned at how loud his friend was being.
Aizawa: "Ugh... Why am I up here doing this again?" He asks annoyed by mic's screaming, to which Mic responds.
Present Mic: "Because me and your wife talked you in to it." He says as he is then interrupted by Miss Joke who burst through the door, runs to the microphone and starts screaming.
