Chapter 2

At the silent land that once Y/N' s father owns
There, the two royal brothers who named themselves as adventurers, are relaxing under a huge tree while eating apples and enjoying the sunset

"Dan, we only have 2 hours before the event starts. Wouldn't mother and father get mad?" Philip worried

"Nah... I don't really care much. I mean, we have the rights to do this,yes? And I found the person I wanna be with" Daniel said then have a bite of apple

Philip looked at Y/N

"I know but... she's just an ordinary girl" Philip said

"What's the difference between her and the other girls that our kingdom invited? Seriously, just one stab of a knife through their heads, they'll end up dead. We're all ordinary" Daniel explained

Daniel walk towards Y/N and he asked why the land is so quiet and why is she the one handling problems despites her age

She just explain some normal things to him but didn't tell what really happens

Philip stood up

He walk towards the two

"Daniel, we need to go" Philip said

"What are yo-" Daniel's sentence was cut

"I probably think so too. You guys really need to go... It's about 7 pm. Sorry but I don't live here so I guess you guys have nowhere to stay here" Y/N explained

Philip nodded and Daniel just kept quiet

Daniel doesn't wanted to leave and go back to the event.
He doesn't want to pick and marry someone the Kingdom has picked for him because he already fell for Y/N

He's got no choice but to leave because Y/N said that they should leave

"But don't worry! It's not as if we'll never meet again, right?" Y/N proudly said

The two brothers smiled and then exited the yard

Y/N waved her hands and so does Philip and Daniel.

And then, those two finally left

Y/N wasn't really satisfied of what she just did. She really wanted them to stay but she's got nothing to choose because she's just a normal citizen right now, unlike the days when her father is still alive.

And so, Y/N went back to their mansion

When she got back, she saw a butler looking guy standing in front of their door with a box

"Pardon? Who might you be?" Y/N asked

"Helloooo, you must be Y/N" said the guy

"I am. What do you need, Mr.?" She asked again

"I'm from the kingdom of susan. A very well known butler. I am Marquez the Butler" he explained

"Yeah...so? What you need?" She asked confusedly

"Ehem ehem! Pardon me, missy. The Kingdom has invited you to come to the event where Princes will be able to meet and have a possibility to picked you as a wife" Marquez explained

Y/N widened her eyes

She wanted to go and she's very excited but then, she realized that her step mother and sisters went there and if she also go, they'll totally get mad at her. Plus, she's got nothing to wear

"Sorry, but... I can't" she said

"You should never refused the Kingdom's request, Miss. Oh, if it is the cloths you've been troubled about, then fear none. The queen had sent you this" Marquez pulled a gown from the box he's holding

It's a gown with a black sleeves with blue flower patterns. A dark long skirt then the upper part is a silver

She got attracted with the gown and wanted to have it

Marquez gave the gown to her

"You have to go because your father is a very good friend of the susan's king and queen" Marquez explained

Y/N never thought that her father was a friend of tha royals

Then, Marquez totally left

Y/N got a little bit of confidence to ho

Y/N quickly climb up to her room then changed clothes

On the other side~~

At the kingdom

"Where have you been, Daniel, Philip?!" The queen angrily said

The two just faced down

"Why did you left your guards in the middle of nowhere, and! Not just that, you also pushed an innocent citizen through the vases!" The queen shouted

"He's not innocent! He's a little bit of a slut! It's Cazar, alright!" Daniel explained

"He's still one of the citizen so shut up!" The queen shouted

The king patted the queen's shoulder

"Honey, it is also our fault. We should've not sent guards with them. I mean, they are not princesses,you know? They are guys so they can leave and have a little bit of exploring" said the king

"Exactly!" Daniel shouted

"No!" The queen shouted

"Honey, stop it. I know you treasured them, but how can they possibly protect their love ones if they are locked up?" the king asked

"But we have guards. We don't need ourselves to get worked up" the queen explained

"That's not how Susan works! It is a fair kingdom! We will all work!" The king shouted

The queen widened her eyes

She faced her sons

"Alright, as long as they both kept safe, that'll be alright" the queen explained

Daniel and Philip looked at each other with a smile

And so, they changed clothes and enter the place where the event is moving

"Hear that, Phil? We can go out again" Daniel happily said

"Yeah! That'd be awesome!" Phil said

"And we can also go to that place where Y/N is living" Daniel said confidently
