Dan POV

It's been 5 years since Y/N left

Ever since, I had lived not so cool since I'm just... y'know...
Some weird trying hard idiot prince from Susan
An idiot who had let his first love ran away because he went mad for an invalid reason

But I think it's time for me to move on
I believe that there is someone else who is better than her... I guess... I could just find someone like her... or are there someone like her though?

Ugh! It's no use! I'm still into her! Even if it's just a day when we met then got complicated!

As I was sitting on the bench outside the castle,

"AAAAAAH!!!" I heard a scream coming from the gate

I got curious and I stood up

I went to that direction to see a scene which a girl was being held by the guards

"Let me go!!" She shouted as she fought back but it's no use at all

"You're not supposed to be in here!" The guard from the other side said

They are being rough to the girl so i went there to cut off the commotion

"What's all these ruckus about?" I interupted

The guards stopped gripping the girl and the girl stopped struggling

"M'lord! She's being stubborn! She wanted to get inside but... she doesn't have an invitation" the guard said

"Uh-huh?" I said

I looked at the girl... she looked so familiar for some reason...

The girl ran to me and the guards tried to get her but I stopped them

She hid behind my back

"Who are you?" I asked

"I'm Daphne..." she said

"What do you need here? Why are you here?" I asked her

She looked at me in the eye

As I stare at her sky blue eyes... I was stunned by its beauty... and not to mention, her face was really beautiful as well...

"I need the help... of the royals..." she said

What? Why was that?

"For?" I asked

"There was this kingdom named Gaethron... it was a kingdom, only ruled by a king named Tyson Oakworth... I lived there you see..." she said. I can hear the agony in her voice

Gaethron... It's also sounded so familiar

I wonder what had happened there...

"What is up with that kingdom?" I asked her

She lowered her head

"I think... our kingdom will reach its poverty line..." she said then she begun to cry

So that's how it is, huh?

Why do I have the feeling that I wanted to help her kingdom so badly?

Do I know something about it?

I think, I may have the past where I actually went there, but I can't remember it clearly...

And Daphne... she really looked very familiar but where have I seen her before?

"Please!" She plead as she kneeled to the ground

I felt myself embarassed for what she had done so I asked her to stop doing that

She stood up and apologizes

I just nodded

"My place needs your help!" She cried

My heart and my mind suddenly decided

"Understood" I said

Why did I just said that?

"But, m'lord! You can't just-" the guard complained but I cut off his sentence

"Bring her to the throne room,immediately. No buts! It's an order" I strictly ordered

They hesitated a little bit but they just bowed as the sign of obedience

I turned to Daphne who is smiling at me as tears falling down her cheeks

Suddenly, she stepped forward and hugged me tight

"Thank you!" She gladly said

I had no idea why, but my cheeks grew red...

What is happening?!

WHY AM I FEELING LIKE THIS?!

I just met her...
Well, this situation had happened before though... but still!

I wonder if she's my new...

But...

Suddenly, Y/N's face popped up on my head

Her smile... even I just met her that day, I fell in love for the first time in my life...

If it's true that first love never dies... then it depends if I might be able to see her again and if she felt that way for me as well...
