Missed the Chance

Y/N pov

Mother and the others are not yet home...

Maybe they'll stay there until this morning.

I felt so alone...

I miss my daddy...

I change my cloths to my usual outfit, the poor person's clothing

It was already 3:00 am, I still couldn't sleep after what had happened back there in the castle...

I think, my reason there wasn't valid because, obviously they don't know that it was me so...

But still!! He shouldn't have been so mean!

My expectations about him wasn't real...

I went down stairs to do my usual job, to clean everything.

I'm used to this...

But, I wonder when will I be free

Or... will I be free?

I don't know how

Will someone help me?

As I was mapping the floor, I heard a horse's steps outside

I wonder if it was mother and my sisters

I opened the door and look if it was them

And sadly, no

I saw a black horse carriage with a butler on the drive seat outside our house

The butler went down and walk towards our gate

I also went forward to get near him

"Ummm... Is there anything to help you, sir?" I asked

"Is this the house of Y/N?" He asked

"Yes. It was me" I said

The butler was a very good looking guy
He kinda reminds me of Elizabeth

He raises his eyebrow

"Are you really?" He asked

I nodded

"Oh, well, it was nice meeting you again, m'lady" he said with full manners

And he bowed

I was astonished by his actions and I quickly asked him not to bow and he did what I asked him to

"Do I know you?" I asked

"I am Joseph from the suggy kingdom. I looked like a butler but I am actually a prince" he said

"What?!" I asked in full shock

I was talking to a prince!

Literally!!

I can't believe it!

I bowed

"I- I'm so sorry, your highness! I must be rude talking to you so casually!" I said

He laughed

"No need to apologize. Anyway, you are coming with me" he said

"What?" I asked as if I haven't heard him

"You are coming with me" he repeated

Nonononono!!! Waaaaay!!!!

Seriously?!

What am I hearing?!?!

Is this real life?!

"Wh-Why?..." I asked

"Your father is actually a friend of my parents and he asked our kingdom to take you with us if you're 15" he said

Seriously? My father had a lot of friends, doesn't he?

I was shocked and happy at the same time!

I was just thinking about being free and all... but who cares?! The chance is on the tip of my finger, I have to take this!!

But... what will happen to Dan??...

Will I be able to see him again??

I shook my head and slapped my face

"Very well... I will come to your kingdom... for my father's honor" I said

Joseph smiled

I went upstairs to get some cloths and some memories... what I meant memories was things that my father had left for me

I also wrote a farewell letter for the Cerberus

And I went out to ride the carriage

"Are you really going?" Joseph asked

Oh! Wait! I forgot! How could I?!?

"Wait! On one condition!" I said

"What is it?" He asked

"Buy this land" I said

"What?"

"Buy my father's land"

He smirked and nodded

"Very well" he said

I smiled

I entered the carriage

And the horse started moving...

I looked at my house but then I didn't hesitate to move forward

Dan pov

I believe it was already 4 in the morning and I was already in Y/n's house

I shouted her name quite many times but I couln't get a feedback

Is she still angry at me?

"Hey boy!" An old man called

I turn around to see him

"Are you looking for miss Y/N?" He asked

"Umm... yes. Is she home?" I asked

"Well, unfortunately, I saw her ridding a carriage an hour ago so maybe she wasn't there" he said

"Wait! Whom is she with?" I asked

"The guy mentioned he's a prince of suggy kingdom" he said

No way!

What the hell?!

That's her father's closest kingdom!

No way! She went... away...(no rhyme intended)

I hate what I am hearing...

I am late...

Too late...

What will happen to me?

I can't stay like this...

Our kingdom and the suggy are way too far for me to reach and I don't know the way...

How can I let these chances passed through me?
