Alex's POV

I woke up to laughing in the main room. No girl sounds, so I'm not missing vital time with Ally. I got up and grabbed a shirt out of my dresser. Andrew wasn't in his bed, that's when I heard him laughing above everyone else. That guy has a loud laugh. Shaking my head, I opened the door to be greeted by half the guys all crowded in the kitchen making breakfast.

"Alex! You're finally awake. We are making breakfast. I don't know how you could sleep with the excitement." Andrew said as he came up to me. I looked at him confused. "What do you mean? What's happening today?" Everyone turned to look at me with confused expressions. "Dude, the first dates are today. One group date and one one-on-one date," he responded as he looked at me like I got dropped on my head at birth. "I totally forgot. I guess I slept really well last night." He laughed and yelled, "get this man some coffee." I smiled and grabbed the cup Jacob slid me. "Thanks. When will we know who is going on the dates?" Everyone just shrugged and said they didn't know. I took a sip of my coffee when there was a knock at the door. Everyone stopped what they were doing when Chris walked in with two envelopes in his hand.

"Oh, good, everyone is up. How is everyone doing this morning?" he asked as he moved over to the front of the main room. All the guys in the kitchen came to the room and sat down. "We are good. Excited for the day," I think that was Charlie that answered. Chris looked at us and smiled. "Well good because I have the names for the group date and the one-on-one date. Now there will be 5 on this first group date. So that will be 6 people that get a date this week. I will leave these here. Good luck guys." And with that he left. Everyone looked down at the envelopes on the table. I reached over and picked up the envelopes. I took a deep breath and opened the one that said Group Date: Week 1.

"Chandler

Derrik

Mitch

Andrew

Kyle

Put on your happy, sad, excited and shocked faces."

Everyone that was called looked at each other laughing. Who knows what that means. I sat the card down as I tried to hid the disappointment. I opened the other envelope and took the card out. Once I read what was on the card, my face lit up like a candle. Everyone saw and started and started yelling. "Oooo guys. I can only guess who's on the first one-on-one date," Andrew said as he laughed and slapped me on the back. I read the card out loud.

"Alex. Let's lace up our boots and hit the tails."

"Sounds like yall are going on a hike," Mark responds. I looked over at him and laughed. She chose me for the first one-on-one date. I can't wait to spend some more time with Ally. We all got up and resumed what we were doing. The 5 guys going on the group date began getting ready. They had to be ready by noon and it was close to nine. I guess my date is tomorrow. "I can't wait." I thought to myself.

Ally's POV

As the guys walked into the theater, they all looked around confused. Suddenly the lights turned off and they started yelling. This is going to be fun. A spotlight turns on pointing directly at me.

"Ally!" Everyone yelled together.

"Hey guys. So, if you guys did your research on me before coming here, yall should know that I love theater and musicals. Tonight, we are going to see a play. Well, not really see. We will be the actors in this play. So put on your acting shoes and let's have some fun."

The guys looked around nervously smiling. Well, this isn't the reaction I wanted. Finally, Andrew stepped forward and clapped his hands. "Where do you want us boss? I can't wait." And without hesitation, the rest of the guys stepped forward and yelled in excitement. I smiled at Andrew and motioned for them to follow me.
