(POV: Nanno)

The city at night was her playground. Nanno slipped through the shadows, each step bringing her closer to the truth she was chasing. After everything she'd uncovered about her parents, about the fire, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was just scratching the surface of a much larger mystery.

Tonight, she returned to the abandoned house where it had all begun. She entered through the broken front door, and the old wood groaned beneath her feet. The darkness was almost alive, whispering memories of a life she could barely remember.

A strange sensation tingled at the back of her neck as she walked through the halls, now familiar but still filled with an oppressive silence. Her footsteps echoed as she made her way to the room where she'd first encountered the strange man. She stood in the center of the room, her heartbeat echoing in the silence.

Suddenly, she heard it—a whisper, faint and almost indistinguishable, like the voice of a ghost.

"เธอทำอะไรอยู่ที่นี่? (What are you doing here?)"

Nanno froze, her breath catching. The voice was soft, almost tender, and something in it felt painfully familiar. She closed her eyes, allowing the darkness to swallow her senses, focusing on the faint echo of the voice.

"ใครน่ะ? (Who's there?)" she whispered back, her voice barely a breath.

For a long moment, there was only silence. Then, slowly, the sound of footsteps echoed through the house, coming closer with each passing second. She held her ground, heart pounding, as the figure of a woman appeared at the far end of the hall.

Nanno's blood ran cold. The woman was a shadow, a barely tangible form, but there was something about her... something that felt achingly familiar.

"แม่...? (Mom?)" Nanno whispered, barely daring to breathe.

The figure remained silent, her face obscured in the shadows, but she lifted a hand, beckoning Nanno to follow. Nanno's feet moved before her mind could catch up, drawn toward the figure by an invisible thread.

The woman led her deeper into the house, down twisting, narrow hallways and into a basement Nanno hadn't seen before. The air grew colder, heavier, and the faint smell of smoke lingered in the dark. The woman stopped before an old, weathered door and turned to face Nanno.

"มันเป็นเวลาที่เธอจะรู้ความจริงแล้ว (It's time for you to know the truth)," the woman's voice murmured, soft yet firm.

Nanno reached for the door handle, her hand trembling as she pushed it open. The room inside was small and dark, illuminated only by a single, flickering candle in the center. On the floor was a photograph, charred at the edges. She picked it up and felt a chill run down her spine as she recognized the faces.

It was her parents, standing together, looking much younger. Her mother held a small child—her—wrapped in a blanket, smiling down at her with a look of fierce protectiveness. But there was someone else in the photo, someone standing just behind them, shrouded in shadow.

She turned the photograph over, and a single line was written on the back in her mother's handwriting:

"เขาจะมาเอาทุกอย่างของเรา (He will come to take everything from us)."

(POV: Saya)

Saya paced anxiously outside Nanno's house, her heart pounding. Nanno had disappeared again, and Saya couldn't shake the feeling that her friend was slipping further into something dangerous. She knew Nanno was secretive, but this was different. It was as if Nanno was being drawn into something dark and unexplainable.

She decided to head to the abandoned house. She didn't know why, but a strange instinct told her that Nanno would be there. With a deep breath, Saya made her way through the quiet streets, each step echoing louder in the stillness of the night.

When she reached the house, she hesitated, a sense of dread gnawing at her. But she pushed the fear aside and stepped inside, the old wood creaking beneath her weight.

The silence was thick, almost suffocating. She walked through the darkened rooms, calling Nanno's name softly. As she made her way down a narrow hallway, she felt a chill run down her spine, a sense of being watched.

"Nanno?" she whispered, her voice barely a breath.

A shadow moved at the far end of the hall, and Saya felt her heart leap into her throat. She took a hesitant step forward, squinting into the darkness, but the shadow vanished.

(POV: Nanno)

Nanno couldn't shake the weight of the photograph in her hand, her mother's words etched into her mind. The figure in the background—the man she hadn't recognized—was a mystery she needed to solve.

Just as she slipped the photograph into her pocket, she heard footsteps approaching. She turned, expecting to see the shadowy figure of her mother, but instead found Saya standing in the doorway, her face pale and filled with fear.

"Nanno... what's going on?" Saya asked, her voice shaking.

Nanno forced a smile, though she knew it wouldn't fool her friend. "Just... trying to piece together a mystery," she replied, her tone light but guarded.

Saya's expression tightened, and she stepped forward, her eyes filled with concern. "This isn't just some game, Nanno. You're playing with something dangerous."

Nanno held her friend's gaze, feeling a pang of guilt. Saya didn't understand; she couldn't. This was something only Nanno could confront, something buried in the shadows of her past.

"I know, Saya," she replied softly. "But I have to do this."

Saya hesitated, as though wrestling with something inside herself. Finally, she nodded, her voice barely a whisper. "Just... be careful."

As Saya turned to leave, Nanno felt a strange sense of relief. She watched her friend disappear down the hall, feeling both grateful and burdened. She was standing at the edge of a truth that was darker and more twisted than anything she'd ever imagined, and there was no turning back now.
