Chapter 15- Rock, Paper, Scissors

Everything happened so quick.

A hand came around and covered Daisy's mouth wrenching her away from Damons lifeless body. She twisted in the tight grip, with her teeth extended ready to fight.

"Its me Dais, chill. You have to stop screaming. Some of the guards already are coming. I can only just fight the four coming, we dont need anymore." whispered Tyler frantically, eyes pleading. Daisy nodded her bright blue eyes wide.

"Okay then, good girl. Elena, do you think you could give Damon any bloo? Obviously me and Daisy cant. Elena, come on girl listen to me. Elena!" Tyler tried pleading with the young beauty, but all Elena could do was wordlessly mutter Damon over and over.

"Trust me to get stuck with the babies...oww!" Tylers sentence was cut of by a small, hard punch to his stomach.

"You need to bulk up more Ty, because then that wouldnt hurt so much would it?" laughed Daisy forgetting about the situation, once remembered she realised Damon needed her to be clear headed. "Elena, come on please. Do you think you can give Damon some of your blood. He really needs it" Daisy whispered, knowing she would get no reply from the girl who could save her brothers life.

"I will do it." said a low, but firm voice. Daisy and Tyler turned, crouched in a position to protect there helpless friends. They both sagged with relief upon recognising the speaker.

"Meredith? Wheres Bonnie and Sage?" questioned Tyler.

"There right behind me. Bonnie saw a Demon with, this thing or something and freaked out. Sage told me to run on whilst he calms her down. " With that Meredith gracefully knelt down next to Elena, and took the unconcious Damon in her arms. Everyone stared in disbelief. Meredith helping save Damons life! "Erm, Daisy, Tyler could one of you maybe..."

"Oh yeah right sorry. Erm Daisy, rock. paper, scissors? Okay go."  Tyler said then he and Daisy played.

"Ah dude, come on! Best of 3." asked Daisy, she really didnt want to have to bite Meredith and not take any of her blood. Also she hated losing against Tyler. He would torture her for decades about it.

"Nope, sorry my lil angel, but you gotta step up. Haha you lose you snooze! Haha I won, I won, I won." sang Tyler doing his victory dance that he knew wound Daisy up. He was right, as soon as the third 'I won' left his mouth Daisy tackled him to the floor and they fought, at vampire speed.

"You two stop it! One of you bite Meredith now, I dont care who just do it. The other one can bite me and we will both give Damon blood. That way he can get more without hurting or changing either of us." Elena spoke up in a voice that made it clear that she was not to be messed with.

"Okay, shotgun Elena!" shouted Tyler.

"Oh grow up you douche." growled Daisy as she went and also kneeled down by Damon next to Meredith. "This may hurt just a bit" she said apoligetically. With that he cainines lenghened and veins appeared around her eyes. She bit into Merediths wrist, using all the willpower she could muster not to suck. God! How did she let herself get so hungry? It was her growing love and respect for the tall, dark girl that Daisy let go.

After Meredith donated as much as she could, it was Elenas turn. Although Tyler didnt have the same willpower as Daisy when it came to blood and had to be pryed off Elenas wrist by Daisy and Meredith. It took Daisy sinking her teeth into the weak spot on Tylers back to get him off. After a few gulps of Elenas magic, spirit blood went down Damons eyelids flickered and he woke, to 3 girls and a 6"5, overgrown, 19 year old boy huging and in Tylers case screeching at him.

They heard footsteps running down the hall. One set heavy and the other light and almost dancey.

Bonnie and Sage flew around the corner with Saber at Sages heel. Bonnie was excitedly holding something in her hand. Holding it outstreched trying to make it get there even quicker.

Damon was up on his feet now. Daisy gave him a warning glance letting him know that they will be discussing how he got those 10 whip marks on his back. When Bonnie and Sage reached them, Bonnie was to out of breath to tell them what she had found. So instead she flung the small object at the other group and it took Damons quick vampire hands to catch it before it hit Elena in the head.

"Its one half of the key! We found it!" said Sage excitedly.

Then they heard the shouting a dozens of footsteps running down the hall chanting kill them, kill them, kill them.

"May I take this time to suggest that we run?" said Tyler before they all sprinted off down the corridor.
