You see her...
She's lonely, barely walks across the street,
Never met her,
Yet you think she should have got a walking stick.

Then you notice
All the nasty scars she carries on her face...
Now you're staring
Like she's an alien transported from another space.

And she's limping
Trying hard to walk, but not getting too far.

You started following her, but don't know why,
Feel you're connected to her, but you don't know why,
And then you realise and you start to cry,
You have tears in your eyes and you start to cry.

You're limping in your soul, it hurts so bad,
Seeing her limping made you feel so sad.
You have some scars of your own, invisible for anyone,
But you and the woman across the street, you're like one.

Now go to her, look into her eyes,
Say some kind words, make her realise
She's beautiful despite the scars,
You are beautiful for being just as you are.
