I OPEN THE DOOR TO MY BEDROOM, walking out into the hallway of the darkened house. My footsteps echo as i take steps down the small hallway into the living room.

There rested on the couch was Kiera. Her hand hanging off the side. Almost touching the ground. I walk into the kitchen only being lite by the small night light plugged in next to the fridge. I open the first cabinet grabbing out a glass. Smelling it before filling it with water.

I shrug, before walking to the sink filling the glass up. I take a large gulp, of all the water in the glass.

Today, I have plans to meet up with Rafe. He was gonna take me on his new Boat him and his family bought. My plan was to leave early enough before my friends awoke. So I don't have to hear the list of reasons they hate Rafe.

I awoke early before the sun began to rise. I set the glass into the sink before walking to the bathroom to take a shower.

I quietly shut the door behind me, as I reach to turn the faucet on. I grab the tooth brush that has my name labeled on it. As well as tooth paste. After I finish brushing my teeth, I turn the shower on. Undressing from my clothes.

Once the mirror started to fog I knew the water was warm enough.

I get into the shower, and begin to do my usual routine. When I rinse the shampoo out of my hair I heard the bathroom door creek open.

I suddenly see a talk shadow standing, I immediately let out a yelp, before opening the shower curtain peaking my head out.

There I see standing was — JJ

He looked startled and flushed as he saw me. Not even looking half awake he begins to speak. "I'm sorry I thought- I- I don't even know who I thought, I wasn't even thinking" he raises his hands before quickly shutting the door.

I let out a sigh knowing he most likely saw the outline of my naked body. The thought made me embarrassed.

I push past the thought, and finish my shower before stepping out of the shower.

I wrapped my body with the towel I had resting on the toilet lid. I open the bathroom door releasing all the steam the shower created. As I turn the corner to go into my bedroom I bump into someone.

I already know who it is, without even seeing their face. But I still look up, looking down at me is JJ.

I drew an awkward smile and quickly apologize before pushing past him, walking into my room shutting the door behind me.

I walk to my closet, opening it revealing most of my shirts and dresses. I scan through, making sure to pick a good shirt. I end up picking a white loose flowy tank top, and denim jean shorts to wear with it. I sigh taking the towel off my head revealing my, messy light brown hair.

I sit at my desk where I began to do my makeup, and touch up my hair. I spend roughly two hours before finishing.

Once I'm finished I grab a cute necklace and bracelet, putting them both on. Before sliding my Birkenstocks on.

I look in the mirror one more time before heading out. Rafe texted, telling me he's five minutes away about seven minutes.

I walk outta my bedroom, closing the door behind me. My footsteps echo throughout the house as I walk towards the door.

Kie, is still sleeping heavily. It doesn't look like even a hurricane could awake her.

I walk out of the house, and see Rafe sitting in his car awaiting me. I walk to his car opening the door. I see him smiling at me. "Hey" I smile leaning over and giving him a kiss. "Hey"

"Thanks for picking me up this early" I yawn. "Of course, you packed a swimsuit right" he questions looking behind him as he begins pulling out onto the main road.

"Yep, right here" I bring my bag into eye view. He just nods before. Driving down the road. He doesn't love to far from my house. So it makes it easy.

"What time are we heading to the boat?" I ask looking at him as he focuses onto the road. "I'm not sure, I'd say maybe around twelve" he suggest with a shrug.

I just nod. Soon we're pulling into the driveway of his large house. We both exit the car, and enter the house. A sudden breeze of cold air touches my skin. Automatically giving me goosebumps.

God I hate being cold

We walk up the spiral stairs case. Walking to his bedroom all the doors in the hallway are closed one being Sarah's.

We enter his bedroom. And he immediately plops onto his bed. I set my bag down and slide my sandles off, before walking to his bed taking a seat next to him.

He turns to look at me, looking at my eyes, then to my lips before reaching out and grabbing the back of my hair. Bringing my lips to his.

I can tell he's wanting more, but I can't ever bring myself to going the full way with him. I hate not being able to. Cause I'm scared the longer I make him wait the sooner he'll leave.

We make out for a good minute, before I pull away gasping for air.

"You're ruining my lip gloss" I frown giving a fake pout. He just rolls his eyes with a smile leaning back into his pillows.

And hour or so passes, and we began to hear the house began to wake up. A sudden knock erupts.throughout the room. Before, Ward Cameron Rafes father peaks his head in.

"Well be leaving here in an hour make sure your ready, oh hey Amara" Ward smiles and I give him a small wave.

"Wanna get something to eat?" Rafe questions, "I could eat"

We make our way down the stairs and into the kitchen where Wheezie is sitting eating a bowl of cereal. "Hey, wheezie" I smile, causing her eyes to snap towards me. "Amara! Are you coming with us today?" She questions readjusting her glasses.

"Yeah" I smile, causing her to do the same.

Rafe, and I eat and shortly after we're on the boat. The sun beats heavily on us, making my skin hot. Everyone is changed into their bathing suits, including me.

I step out of the bathroom they have in the boat. In my yellow bikini that has little white flowers printed throughout it.

Rafe, is staring at me as I step into his view. I smile at him. His eyes travel beyond my face. And smiles. "You look so hot" he says, Causing my smile to drop a little.

I honestly feel he really only likes me for my body, if it wasn't for when me and my friends drove by him on our boat. And I caught him starring at me. I don't think we'd be together.

All the other times we ran into each other, he was always starring at Kiera, who'd always have more skin showing. I didn't start showing more skin til we started dating.

And he would always compliment me when I either had skin tight shirts on, short shorts, or bikinis. Which it never made me feel good about my self.

"Come on Amara let's get In the water!" Sarah shouts snapping me out of my trance.
