In space, the alert lights on Zastin's spaceship flashed urgently as an unmistakable blip appeared on the subspace sensors.

Guard: Captain Zastin! We've detected something on our subspace sensors!

Zastin: So... he's here already.

The view screen displayed a massive ship resembling a regal castle approaching rapidly towards Zastin's vessel.

Zastin: I wasn't expecting him so soon.

Guard: He's requesting that we open communications.

Zastin: Understood. Prepare to open a channel. I will summon Lala-sama. Ensure everything is ready to greet him appropriately!

Meanwhile...

In the middle of swimming class, Ryuto, Rito, and Lala were in the pool. Lala suddenly latched onto Rito, squeezing him tightly, causing Rito's face to flush bright red.

Haruna: Yuuki-kun...

Yui: You two are way too clingy!

Ryuto: You know, Rito, if getting whipped for being popular is a punishment, then I think you've got some admirers in all the wrong places.

Suddenly, Zastin plummeted from above, landing directly in the pool and sending a massive wave that expelled most of the students from the water. Only Ryuto, Rito, and Lala remained, staring at the dripping, armored figure.

Yui: Ugh... What just happened?

Saki: Wh-Who is that man?

Zastin: Lala Satalin Deviluke-sama, First Princess of the Deviluke Royal Family...

Lala: What is is, Zastin?

Zastin: The homeland requires you for an official matter.
