As the door to the hospital room opened, Noor instinctively pulled herself back from Shahzain's embrace, her face still etched with the strain of recent events. Shahzain looked up to see Faris entering with Hoor and Ayaan, the two children clutching each other's hands as they took in the sight of their mother lying in the hospital bed. Their wide eyes filled with worry, and the quiet beeping of machines around them made the room feel even colder.

"Mamma!" Hoor's small voice broke the silence as she rushed to Noor's side, her expression filled with concern. Ayaan followed closely, holding a tiny, slightly wilted flower he had picked from outside. They looked so fragile yet so brave, as if they'd come ready to protect her.

Noor's heart swelled, her gaze softening as she looked at her children. She had put herself in danger for them, and now, seeing their innocent, worried faces, she was reminded of why she would do it all over again if she had to. Shahzain had arranged this visit, knowing it would bring Noor comfort to see the children and that it would help the children to see their mother safe.

"Mamma, why are you in the hospital?" Ayaan asked, his voice barely above a whisper. He held up the flower, his little face pinched with worry. "Did that bad uncle hurt you?"

Noor forced a gentle smile, trying to reassure them despite her own pain. She reached out, resting one hand on Ayaan's head and taking Hoor's tiny hand in the other. "I'm alright, jaan," she said softly, her voice full of love and reassurance. "Just a little tired. Nothing to worry about, I promise."

Faris watched the scene with a warm smile, his heart touched by the children's tender concern. He exchanged a look with Shahzain, who had also softened, his usually tense expression giving way to a gentler one as he watched Ayaan and Hoor fuss over their mother.

Hoor suddenly brightened and dug into her small bag, pulling out a colorful bundle of flowers, arranged haphazardly but with unmistakable love. "Mamma, we brought you something!" she said proudly, handing Noor the bouquet they had made themselves. "It's to help you feel better faster."

Noor's eyes misted over as she accepted the bouquet, her fingers tracing the edges of the petals. Her heart swelled with emotion. "Thank you, my loves," she murmured, barely holding back tears. "This is the best medicine a mother could ever ask for."

Faris knelt beside them, glancing at Noor with a gentle smile. "See, Noor?" he said softly. "You've got your own little team of doctors here. With them around, you're bound to feel better in no time."

Ayaan nodded solemnly, his hand holding onto Noor's tightly. "We'll stay with you, Mamma," he promised, his eyes bright with determination. "We'll make you feel better."
