Author's Note

Here is the epilogue, everyone. I know I said I would update earlier, but I'm sorry for the delay as I've been busy. Thank you so much for your support throughout this journey. This is the final chapter, as there are no bonus chapters.

The story of Shahzain and Noor is very close to my heart. Reaching 39k reads and 1k votes is a milestone for me, and I want to thank each and every one of you who voted, read, and added the book to your reading lists. I truly appreciate every part of this journey.

The epilogue features an iconic scene, one that is quite common, but I nevertheless wanted to include it. I hope you all enjoy reading it.

Happy reading!

The haveli was alive with the buzz of activity, the usual serenity replaced by the chaos of preparations. After a year filled with ups and downs, everything had finally settled into a peaceful rhythm. The once-tense atmosphere had been replaced by warmth and laughter, thanks to the children, Hoor and Ayaan. Their cheerful chatter echoed through the hallways, bringing joy to everyone around them as they dashed from one room to another in excitement.

Shahzain and Noor’s relationship, had transformed into something deeply beautiful and enduring. The love between them had grown stronger, a bond rooted in mutual respect, trust, and unspoken devotion. Noor, who had spent much of her life longing for happiness, now found herself surrounded by the love and security she had always dreamed of.

Ayesha had taken charge of the preparations, leaving no stone unturned. She meticulously selected gifts, supervised the servants packing them, and double-checked every detail to ensure everything was perfect. Servants bustled about, ironing clothes, polishing shoes, and confirming transportation arrangements. Faris, ever dependable, pitched in wherever needed.

Meanwhile, Ayesha looked around for Noor but couldn’t find her. Thinking Noor was probably getting ready, she dismissed her curiosity. Little did she know .

Noor stood before the mirror, her slender fingers delicately fastening a pair of earrings to complete her look. The deep green dress she wore complemented her soft features, and her dupatta rested elegantly over her shoulder. She had barely finished adjusting her bangles when she felt the intensity of Shahzain’s gaze on her.

She turned to see him through the mirror. Dressed impeccably in a tailored black suit, he approached her with a slow, deliberate stride, his mischievous smirk making her heart race.
