Liam's class had already started just as we came in. I smiled, greeting my fellow schoolmates a welcome back to school.
Their adviser, Teacher Adam, greeted us with a warm smile. "Hello, Lincel! Welcome back to school!" He approached me and Liam, as all the other students continued in doing their activity.
"You must be Liam. Welcome to your new classroom, and these are your classmates. And you'll sit beside... Julia!" Teacher Adam escorted Liam to his seat and gave me a thumbs up as he smiled once more. "Thank you, Lincel. You can go to your classroom now." I nodded, as I was about to exit the room when Liam noticed and waved goodbye as he mouthed the words, "Thank you."

"Lincel, you should totally buy some of my stuff that I just newly crocheted!" Thao says, jumping around as she waited for my answer. "Thao, you know I'm broke-"
"Excuse me, can I talk to Lincel?" Me and Thao turned to face the person standing by the door. "Uh, who are you?" Liam stiffened but I smiled and nodded, encouraging him to introduce himself. "I'm Liam. Hello." Thao nodded but raised an eyebrow, "Uh, hi. I'm Thao. Lincel's best friend. Are you her boyfriend or something?"
"Well, no... not yet."
