Chapter three
Ella Summer

I was in bed thinking about what this guy said. I hadn't asked what his name was, so I got up and looked for him. He was sitting on the couch.

He was reading books. I thought ghosts can't feel anything, so I walked up to him.

"I thought you were dead," I asked?

He looked up and smiled. "Kinda rude to ask a guy if he was dead, but I am dead," he said as he shut the book.

"What keeps you up all night?" he asked.

"Well, I never asked what your name is," I said.

He pulled the chair and sat on his father's desk, which I think is his father's desk.

"Well, my name is Elijah Dawson. I'm 29 years old. What about you?" he asked.

My name is Ella Summer. I'm about 25 years old. "When did you die?" I asked after I answered him.

"I died on October 31, 2013. You see, you already know how it happened, but the thing is I didn't see anyone driving the car. When I was alive, it was like some demon spirit who killed me," he said.

"What car was it that killed you?" I asked.

"It was a black SUV," he said.

"I need the number plate so I can check it out and track where it is," I said.

He handed me the number plate. "I will look for it today. Goodnight, Elijah," I said. He whispered "goodnight" back.
