Rainbow was... peculiar, as some would call them (my opps fr). But he knew he was lovable as ever, after all, rainbows can make anyone's day brighter, clear up any fog on a gloomy day. Rainbow loves cheering people up, giving them pumped pep talks, complete with prancing around and making extravagant gestures.
Rainbow's a natural with kids. It's no wonder Onion loves them. They have an infectious bright and cheery personality and the kids are always obsessed with them wherever they go. They're particularly obsessed with his umbrella, which can turn things to life, and the cool rainbows he makes with his hands. Rainbow is an excellent babysitter, he's always down to play some made-up games, and my, does he pour his heart and soul into it.
Tidying up is fun, but it can get annoying sometimes. Sometimes, Rainbow just gets a little tired (and maybe a teensy bit exasperated, when Onion's covered the bedsheets with ketchup again), but he's always cheery to the kids. When things get really exhausting, he just cracks a joke or two about it, after all, you can never get angry at kids, right?
Having heart-2-heart talks isn't usually Rainbow's thing, but he will lend you a listening ear, or a helping hand, if you ever brought it up to him about it. He never judges you and just listens to you pour your heart out to him, and lets you snuggle up to him for comfort. Rainbow always knows just what to say when you're feeling down to make you feel like you're on cloud nine again, and always cracks a joke at the perfect timing to make you burst into laughter, which he loves (the kids don't appreciate his wit that much). He's much wiser than he looks, or acts, which means you can rely on him for some pretty solid (albeit very cheery) advice always.
Rainbow would fall in love with someone who loves his personality and loves him for who he is, someone who can match his energy, go on silly adventures together, and (he's probably pansexual) Though Rainbow's usually the one radiating energy to everyone, he secretly wishes someone would see him as their bestie, as a true friend. That's why when he falls in love, he falls, hard. Though he radiates joy to everyone and everything, his soulmate would always catch his eye in a crowded room and he loves showing them off to everyone around him, kissing their hand before beckoning them to join him on his umbrella for a ride around town.
If you were Rainbow's soulmate, he would...
- only have eyes for you
- take you literally everywhere he goes to
- link arms with you when walking
- pepper you with kisses everywhere
- sing to you 24/7
- be less giddy with his jokes when you're around, but knows just what to do to make you burst out laughing

- teach you goofy dance moves in the living room
- blush and get butterflies everytime you snuggle up to him or kiss his cheek
- memorise every small detail about your likes and dislikes
- softly sing you to sleep in his arms
Rainbow's hair feels like airy marshmallow fluff. They smell like strawberry cotton candy. It's a comforting scent that makes you feel slightly nostalgic but very safe. They like padded shoulder jackets, skorts and pink Converse.
