As Sophia struggled to process the revelation,
A chill ran down Bastien's spine.
"Something's coming," Bastien warned.
Adèle's gaze swept the area.
"I sense it too."
Julian and Luca readied themselves.
The air thickened with anticipation.
A figure emerged from the shadows.
Tall, gaunt, with eyes aglow.
"Kael," The Archon whispered.
"A being from the Umbra Realm."
Kael's voice dripped with malevolence.
"The Archon's plans are...amateurish."
The guardians exchanged uneasy glances.
A new, more sinister force had arrived.
Kael's powers stirred.
Darkness coalesced around him.
"A devourer of souls," Adèle whispered.
"We can't let him join The Archon," Sophia said.
Bastien transformed.
Loup-garou claws gleamed.
The battle began.
But Kael's abilities defied understanding.
And The Archon watched.
With interest.
