The time flew incredibly fast. Nonsee spent most of his time in the garden with his father, catching up. Warut explained how he built his empire with one goal: to save his children from his ex-wife. The story made Non tearful and happy at the same time. He found another reason to admire his father.
"It's time to go." Grandmother Chor appeared with Pat at her side. Nonsee nodded, scared but determined to face his mother and grandmother. He took Pat's hand as they headed to the fancy car. The journey passed quietly. When the car stopped in front of the fancy restaurant, Nonsee squeezed Pat's hand. The fear overcame him once again.
"It's okay; I'll be there with you," Pat said, caressing his cheek lovingly. Non nodded, though he wasn't certain how his boyfriend's presence would affect the two witches. He glanced at his grandmother, who assured him with a warm smile.
"Let's go." He whispered as he didn't want to delay the meeting any longer.
