1 week after the accident with their dad.
Still not where Outerbanks starts
(Jordyn's POV)

"How you feeling J" I yelled across the whole house.

John B was in the living room watching this documentary with Pope, they are really into it. Kiara was cleaning up the house because it is a disaster. I was in my room with the door wide open so I could hear and see everything going on. JJ was trying to wrap his arm by his self.

He refused to go to the doctor about it. So it's probably infected but that's his problem. It will heal soon I think. Plus the bullet just skimmed him not actually shot him.

I walked out of my room and sat inbetween John B and pope. "Hey Jordy" Kie said while picking up my feet up to sweep under them.

"Hey Kiki" I said. She pecked me in the forehead and then went back to cleaning. I was still in my PJs since I just woke up like 10 minutes ago.

My PJs aren't really PJs they are just jjs clothes.

"Goodmorning sweetie" john B said wrapping his arms around me. "Goodmorning beez" I replied leaning my head into his chest.

"How'd you sleep?" Pope asked.

"I don't know I had troubles falling asleep I guess" I replied. I haven't been sleeping good lately and idk why.

JJ came over to me kissed me on the forehead then sat on the couch beside pope. Kie was still cleaning.

"Kie it's okay come sit with usss" I said. She looked at her Broom then us then back to the broom and she didn't that over and over. She finally dropped us and sat beside JJ.

"What do you guys wanna do today?" I asked them. "Let's just have a chill day" pope said "by the way we are going to school tommorow"

"WHAT NO" I yelled. JJ sat there disgusted. I hate school and im not in any of there classes because im to young. And to be honest I'm scared to be separated for them.

"I'm not in any classes with yall" I cried "stupid" jj groaned.

I got off the couch and walked to my room. I slammed the door going in. I hate school. I used to get bullied because of my dad and I haven't really recovered since.

They used to call me names and push me around. But this year I'm stronger. I'm better. I'm not going to let them push me around anymore.

I walked out of my room. "Fine" I said sitting back down in my spot. "See you'll be okay" John said bringing me back closer to him.

"What is they bully me again" I ask. "We will take care of it" JJ said with anger in his eyes.

He is really protective over me. From what my dad did to me and what the school did to me.

Flashback-

"Shut up maybank your just going to end up just like your dad" they yelled at my throwing my backpack back at me.

"Yeah your brother is already on his tracks" there was a circle forming around me.

Josh bent down to my level  because I was on my knees picking up the stuff they threw out of my backpack.

"You'll never make it, MAYBANK" he screaming spitting in my face.

All I wanted to do was join the surfing team. That's it.

They will never except me. One im a low life pouge. Two I'm a Maybank.
