THIRD PERSON'S POV

As the sirens wailed in the distance, she sank to her knees, tears streaming down her face as she realized the full extent of her actions. She had let her jealousy consume her, and now someone was paying the price for her terrible mistake.

“EVACUATE ALL THE VISITORS!”

“Hala, anong nangyari?”

“May nasusun0g!”

The flames roared angrily, licking the walls of the luxurious resort room with a relentless hunger. The thick smoke filled the air, making it difficult to breathe. Three people were trapped inside, their screams of terror barely audible over the crackling of the fire.

The narrow staircase led the visitors down into the basement of the resort, the cool air a stark contrast to the inferno they had just escaped. The visitors stumbled out into the parking lot, gasping for breath and coughing up smoke. As they watched the flames consume the building, relief washed over them, knowing they had narrowly escaped death.

“We made it out”

“We're alive”

“May tao ba sa room?” Bulungan ng mga tao. She just watched everyone panicked.

Hours passed as firefighters battled the blaze, eventually managing to extinguish the flames and rescue them from the ruins of the apartment. They were rushed to the hospital with severe burns, their fate hanging in the balance.

The emergency room was in chaos as the doctors and nurses rushed around trying to save the lives of the burn victims being wheeled in one after another. The smell of charred flesh filled the air, making some of the staffs feel sick to their stomachs. Dr. Jackson, the head of the tr@uma team, barked out orders as he assessed the severity of each patient's injuries.

As the team worked tirelessly, a young woman was brought in, her body covered in severe burns. Her clothes were charred and her skin was red and blistered. Dr. Jackson knew that they were in a race against time to save her life.

"Get her on the table and start IV fluids and pain medication," he commanded, his voice filled with authority. The nurses quickly followed his orders, hooking the woman up to the necessary equipment.

Dr. Gupta, a resident on the trauma team, looked at Dr. Jackson with concern. "Do you think she's going to make it, sir?" he asked.

Dr. Jackson glanced at the woman's chart, noting the extent of her injuries. "It's going to be touch and go, but we'll do everything we can to save her," he replied, his voice firm and determined.

As the team worked to stabilize the young woman, another patient was wheeled in, this time, two young man who had suffered third-degree burns to over half of his body. Dr. Jackson's brow furrowed as he assessed the man's injuries, knowing that his chances of survival were slim.

"We need to intubate them and get them on a ventilator," Dr. Jackson said, his voice grim. The team sprang into action, working quickly to get the man hooked up to the necessary equipment.

As the doctors fought to save the burn victims, a mysterious figure watched from the shadows of the ER. Dr. Jackson caught sight of the figure out of the corner of his eye, but when he turned to look, there was no one there. A chill ran down his spine as he shook off the feeling of unease.
