At one moonless dark night, the ship, Adventure Galley slid silently into the harbour of Sandy Hook. The captain led his men away from the shore, and they disappeared with them into the grove of pines.
Of course, the eager watchers kept their knowledge to keep quiet and scurried down to the pine grove a few days later, armed with lanterns and shovels.
When the captain saw someone digging fervently with a shovel, he steered the ship to the coast at dark of the moon and achored it near the shores of Sandy Hook.
There, another ship called Dem Bones, used to carry heavy trunks full of treasure onto the shore and scatter it all over the place. The ship have sone trunks that opened and scatter jewels and pearls along with skeletons.
One by one, the glowing skeletons disappeared and the ship drew the anchor and sailed away.
