Chapter 5

August 15
Today most of the people in Greece if not all of them don't work. It's the death of Saint Mary. That's mean that almost everywhere in Greece they celebrate for some reason and most of the women in Greece their name is Mary,and so it's their name day (Greece is a Christian orthodox country, so the celebrate their saints). We knew today that the town was going to be with full of people because of it,and we decided to just go with the boys farther away for a swim and for dinner later.
I talked with my cousins about the Netherlands and they seemed thrilled and excited but they had to see about their work schedules. Thank goodness both of them could arrange it. Lydia had her business with clothes and Anna had an online remote job so she could bring her job everywhere as long as there was internet.
"So is it a yes from you girls to go and see formula 1 for the first time in our lives?" I asked them.
"Well, yeah I guess as long as we find tickets and a place to stay, cause I bet there's going to be a lot of people there and probably we will not find an Airbnb near there" Lydia said.
"Yeah I know, but that would not be a problem, Lando said that the guys will come and pick us up from a point, and then we will all drive there" I said
"Ok, I'll look now for tickets and Airbnbs" Anna replied
"Great! Lando will be thrilled" I added.

12:00
We were at the beach chilling with everybody, it wasn't a secret that me and Lando were closer than usual and his friends and my cousins didn't act weird so we were free to hug and kiss each other wherever we wanted to.
"I have something to tell you.." I started telling him
"What? Is everything ok?" He asked concerned.
"Oh no, everything is fine. But I might need the paddock passes in the end." I tell him with a big smile on my face
"Really?! That's great Artemis! I'm so happy that you'll get to be there and I can show you around as much as I can" he says to me and hugs me.
"You just have to concentrate in your race! Don't worry about us, we will be fine as long as the boys are around so we will not get lost" I say to him.
"You'll have fun I promise, did you find tickets and a place to stay?" Lando asked
"Yeah yeah everything is settle just don't forget to give us the passes or else we will not go in" I replied "and let's just keep it low there ok? I don't feel comfortable with everyone looking at us" I added
"Don't worry I'll make sure of it" he says and kissed me softly.

20:00 dinner time
While my cousins and lando's friends were having some dinner, us on the other hand we walking through the village that we chose to eat and drink a little, since the boys where leaving tomorrow morning.
"I don't want this night to end" I said to Lando while I was grabbing his arm.
"I know babe, I feel the same way." He replied
"Babe huh? I think I like that" I said while laughing "what time is your plane leaving?"
"10:00 in the morning so we'll have to be at the airport around 8:00" he answered
"Ok, and you're going straight to the Netherlands or you're stopping somewhere else first?" I asked
"No I'm heading to UK first to see my family and then I'll go from there to the Netherlands on Wednesday if I remember correctly" he says
"So it's good that you get to relax a little bit more and see your family before you leave again."
"Yeah, when do you come?"
"Um I think we will be there on Friday morning, so if I remember well I'll miss unfortunately your first or two practices"
"It's ok, you'll get to see the third one and the qualifying on Saturday and then of course the race on Sunday" he says
"Aha..." I said and felt silent for a moment
"Hey what is it?" He asked and placed his hands on my cheeks
"Nothing I just feel a little bit sad, cause we had 5 amazing days together and now the reality hits back, plus I think I am going to miss you.." I said
He kisses me and then he says:" we knew that this was going to happen at some point, but we'll try to work this out , and I think am going to miss you too babe."
I hugged him tight and I didn't want to let go.
"Shall we find the others?" He asked
"Not yet, let's just go and sit down somewhere to enjoy the view and the company of one another a little bit more" I say
"Ok" he said smiling. His hand took mine and our fingers got tangled between them. We found a bench by the sea staring at the stars and hearing the waves.
After a while and a lot of kissing we stood up and went to grab something to eat. After that we found the rest of the company at a bar. We had a few drinks and then headed back to the town. Lando didn't drink because he was the driver. He insisted that I'll sit at the front with him and I didn't denied him that. He was holding my hand and kissing it and the boys were making fun of him. We were laughing so hard with the jokes Noah and Joshua were telling about their vacation with Lando a year ago.
We drop my cousins first and as I was going to get out of the car Lando stops me.
"You've not going out yet. We are leaving your cousins, then the boys and then I'll take you back" he said to me all confidence in those amazing blue eyes.
"Ok" I said to him still staring into his eyes.
Anna and Lydia said their goodbyes to the boys and then we left to drop off Noah, max and Joshua. I hugged them and said goodbye to them while they promised to show us all the good places from the paddock.
On the road back to my Airbnb Lando was quiet. A few blocks away he stops the car we both get out and he came closer to me. He stared kissing me first softly and then more and more intense. At this point my body was touching the front of the car. Then he slowly kissing me on my neck. I was on fire but really needed to stop him.
"Lando, we need to stop we are on a road!" I laughed "anyone can see us"
"Yeah you've right, but it's difficult for me to stop,you are so hot" he says
"Well thank you for the compliment but I need us to take it slow please"
"Ok, I respect that" Lando says
"Thank you" I said and kissed him again
We walked to the Airbnb, he kissed me goodbye and we hugged.
"I want us to text, don't forget that ok? And video call, If it's possible and you want to obviously" I say to him
"Yeah we will do that, I text you when I'll land in the UK and will arrange a video call for the next t days." He says
"That's sounds good to me mister Norris"
"I can't wait to see you again in the Netherlands lady Diana" he says
"Me too Lando" I say and kissed him again for the last time tonight.
